We contracted with Ted to install a ceiling fan in our home office. He was very repponsive on Yelp…read moreand quoted us a fair price for the install and any drywall cuts and repairs. Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). We will definitely be calling on Ted in the future for all our other electical needs - he is knowledeable, quick, and neat. Thanks, Ted! Do not hesitate to give him a shout out if you need electrical work or wiring done.

I have recently taken over a IT role at a company where Platinum CCTV had provided assistance prior…read moreto my arrival. I ran into some technical issues with offline cameras and changes I made that I could not seem to resolve. Adding to the complexity of my multiple service requests were that remote access tools were not available due to security restrictions at my workplace. I worked with Zack and another tech for several days and they both exhibited remarkable patience, courtesy and in-depth knowledge of these systems, and various makes of cameras. They managed to help me restore service to my downed cameras and point me in the right direction on other issues, all without being able to see our network remotely. As someone who has worked in IT & Support for more than 20 years myself, I feel I know good service when I see it and this level of thoroughness and patience is memorable. On just this merit alone, I would recommend Platinum CCTV as a service provider.
