Upon completion I complained work was sloppy, pipes didn't line up and clearly had pressure on the fittings causing them to prematurely fail. Shame on me paying them before being satisfied. 2 months later newly installed copper pipe is leaking. 2 years later leaking again. Called asked for Chris. He wouldn't take a call from me and had his receptionist tell me they don't guarantee their work. I'm pretty understanding and would have gladly tried to talk and work out a solution of some sort instead Chris B runs away after collecting $.
