The driver is the most personable driver we have had from any company for YEARS. Well today they went over and above. Yesterday they had truck trouble and we were under the impression that our shipment would be a day delayed. We today, on SATURDAY, our wonderful driver showed up WITH OUT SHIPMENT. ON A SATURDAY!!! And they smell so fresh now! I was afraid I would have to replace them, but Advantage Kwik dry got them cleaner than I'd ever imagine. And with the coupon in valpak the cost was comparable to renting a machine and doing it myself. I have had other companies out and tried using their coupons, and the other companies always added "this is extra or that isn't included" but Advantage did not upsell or tack on any extras, like spot treating. The tech actually left a bottle of spot cleaner for later use. I will definitely use them again!
