However, IntelIT Solutions was quick to return my call, provide a range of solutions for my problem (including time-frame), and for reasonable pricing. The technician even picked up/dropped of the laptop after the repair. Competitors were also prompt and professional over the phone. They seemed capable, but charged nearly double the going price for battery changes, or had two week (+) turn-around times. Overall: professional and personable, reasonably priced (saving time & gas driving to the apple store in either Madison or Chicago), and home pick-up if you are pressed for time. Brought my nice Ranger there to have a switch replaced, lower unit fluid replaced and the spark…read moreplugs. They had my boat for about 3 weeks which is expected so I paid and hooked up the trailer. Halfway down the road I could hear a lot of rattling from the trailer fenders it sounded like. I pulled over and looked around my boat butt didn't see anything wrong. Once home and unhooking my boat in the garage I saw my boat was not even strapped down at the bow to the trailer. Only the loose safety strap was in place which allowed the boat to move while I drove home. I was not happy needless to say. I looked at the receipt and saw no lower unit oil had been replaced, which I did call and confirm was not done. Lastly in the back of my boat on the upper deck grey carpet there was a coffee stain about two in a half feet long that I had to physically scrub out. Lets say I will not be back because of all of the above. There is no attention to details and obviously they didn't care about the condition my boat was returned in.

Three times now I have received A++ service from this Best Buy. Damien , just now, saved me from a…read morescam Webroot renewal that would have cost me $200+ annually rather than $70.I had been receiving emails to renew , but the price was so high. I called two numbers on the email, but the responders could not answer basic questions. I rushed to Best Buy where Damien verified it was a scam email. He found the "real" renewal email and made sure I renewed my Webroot correctly. I have a second computer I want to add my Webroot to ,and Damien made sure I know how to do this and what information I needed.. (I hate technology.)
