I called a few vendors listed here and received a wide range of over-priced quotes. However, IntelIT Solutions was quick to return my call, provide a range of solutions for my problem (including time-frame), and for reasonable pricing. The technician even picked up/dropped of the laptop after the repair. Competitors were also prompt and professional over the phone. They seemed capable, but charged nearly double the going price for battery changes, or had two week (+) turn-around times. Overall: professional and personable, reasonably priced (saving time & gas driving to the apple store in either Madison or Chicago), and home pick-up if you are pressed for time.
