They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.

I had spent…read moremaybe two weeks off and on failing at making this computer work and I was screaming about "disks" and "operating systems" before finally caving and asking Apple for help. I could not bring myself to go to the dreaded Apple store, but then I saw that Graphite would take my service issue and thought I would try it! I wish I had just gone here weeks ago they made it so easy. I arrived at 2:20 per my scheduled appointment and my computer was ready within 2 hours. They guaranteed next day, but got it done in 2 HOURS!!! I am over the moon that all my frustration would be solved by $50 and the expertise of Brodie and Isaiah at Graphite -- thank you so much!
