They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.

They charged me roughly $260 to reinstall the system. The system they installed was so old the computer didn't work. Now I have to go back to get it fixed.
