They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.

All of these items were repaired over a year ago, and are still working great. 1 of the iPhone displays was previously taken to another company, which could not fix it, and told me the phone was broken, so wanted me to pay for their services despite not fixing. Bisconti was able to fix it without issue. 1 of the iPhones had some response issues with the home button after the display was replaced, but Bisconti took it back under their warranty, and had it fixed within an hour. The iPads had deformed backshell due to them being dropped on corners. Bisconti was able to work around this issue and get new working screens on.

When I set up a phone appointment, he didn't respond. When I canceled my account they accessed my credit card anyway and made a charge. This was a couple years ago. They sent me a text this year and and told me they were going to access my credit card again. I let them know that this was not going to happen, but I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so they couldn't access it. Stay away from these people!

I could not bring myself to go to the dreaded Apple store, but then I saw that Graphite would take my service issue and thought I would try it! I wish I had just gone here weeks ago they made it so easy. I arrived at 2:20 per my scheduled appointment and my computer was ready within 2 hours. They guaranteed next day, but got it done in 2 HOURS!!! I am over the moon that all my frustration would be solved by $50 and the expertise of Brodie and Isaiah at Graphite -- thank you so much!
