Fast, Thorough and Affordable! I was referred to Advantage Kwik Dry by my father. They cleaned his carpets the summer of 2018, and he was very pleased. I called and spoke to Mickey to set up the appointment and the experience was professional from start to finish. My appointment was for 9:00am on 10.27.18. Will S. (lead tech) did my rooms and I am beyond impressed! Will called 30 minutes before arrival. He was personal and got straight to work. Upon telling him my dad referred me...Will instantly gave me $20 my total today and said my dad will also save $20 on his next cleaning. Will was prepared and so thorough (spots I didn't know could be reached...were covered). He cleaned areas of my children's rooms that had wear/tear and a stain. It looks brand new! Will also cleaned the hallway carpet leading to the bedrooms and the foyer for the "flow" of the look since my area was less than 400 sq ft. He was also diligent...finishing up in under and hour. Upon completion he even provided me with slippers to go on my shoes to walk on the newly cleaned carpet and gave me tips on how to dry the carpet sooner (portable fans, turning the "fan" on via thermostat and opening windows two ways for flow. Had carpets cleaned today by Will. This is the second time we've had Will as our technician and he was polite, courteous and professional. Measured and told me the price ahead of time and options for extra treatment on lots of deep spots from our dog. Lots of white carpet with staining and he reassured me he would do his utmost best to get all of the spots out which he did!! We had our furnace ducts and returns cleaned by Advantage Kwik-Dry. They were thorough and reasonably priced at $30 per opening. The technician probably spent three hours cleaning all the ducts/returns. The amount of dust, plaster, nails, and other items that were removed astounded us. We immediately noticed improvement in air quality and dust build up in our house. The glass-top table in our family room would normally show dust within a week of cleaning and we have now gone about four weeks without noticeable build up. I requested a quote for basement window replacement. The representative showed up the next day. She took extensive measurements of all the windows. She recommended a good way to take care of the problem with a complete explanation of the process. Her estimate included all of my windows but she emphasized that I could choose to start out with as many windows as I wanted to. The representative was upbeat and professional. I was very happy with the duct cleaning. Great job at a good price. By far the best price anywhere! Will did a great job! Even found dry wall in my living room duct which he got out. Because I only had 10 ducts to have cleaned. I was able to get the dryer duct cleaned as the extra 3 vents and only had to pay 10 bucks extra. Great work done at a good price! read more
