Minus four stars for lack of cleaning ability, bidding ineptitude, and lack of professionalism. Robin gave us a quote of $450 for a deep cleaning and $75 for bi-weekly cleaning.  Robin is the sole worker.  She does not have any staff.  $450 is about what I pay for teams of 2-3 maids to spend 8-10 hours cleaning my house.  But, her biweekly cleaning rate was so reasonable, I decided to give her a shot.  For the $450 we paid, Robin barely spent 5 hours in our home; and her work was incredibly sloppy.  She skipped quite a few items she agreed to do that should be part of a normal cleaning:  a stair case, a bath tub, a shower, ceiling/light fixtures in multiple rooms, also left open garbage bags with garbage spilled onto the garage floor, pushed dirt into corners, etc.  A week after this cleaning, I contacted Robin about my notes.  I told her they were extensive, but I was confident we would eventually figure out how to work together if she was willing; and all the issues did not need to be resolved the next cleaning.  I did not ask her to come in on a different day, just plan extra time the next cleaning.  Without seeing my notes, she increased the $75 biweekly cleaning bid to $110.  Quite an increase.  I understand I expect a certain level of service, and I can be demanding.  So, I agreed to the increase after 2 cleanings at the original bid price because I did not feel we received $450 worth of cleaning the first time around.  Robin agreed.   A few days later, Robin asked for a list of my notes.  I told her I would send one closer to the next cleaning.   Two days before the cleaning, I sent her my list as promised.  There were some issues with the communication.  I emailed her at the email address listed on her business card, and the email was returned.  She then asked me to resend the email to an email not listed on her business card multiple times.   About 2 hours before she was scheduled to come, she sent me an email saying my list caused her anxiety, she would never be able to make me happy, etc.  She ultimately said she would not be coming back.   Under the circumstances, I should not have had to request a refund; one should have been offered to me.

Luis I hope I spelled your name correctly. I know it's been a while since September 1st. I cut my leg pretty bad and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me. I was really upset and you came to help me. Of course I didn't have a first aid kit like I needed but that was the first thing you asked. So you asked what could you do to help me and I said I can't lock up my storage units. You said you could do that. You helped me in a way that some people would have ignored me. I did ask your name before I thanked you because I wanted to thank the man who helped in the most kindest way possible. So if you are looking for a good man and he is careful about your items (I watched him) he is your man to move forward. Again thank you for being a great man Luis. Cindy Hildebrand

The guy that came to clean the carpet rushed through the property and left a very bad stain in the master bedroom. I called Kevin, he asked that I send him a picture of the stain and he will try to arrange something for the next day. I sent the picture per Kevin's request. Now...ask me have i heard from Kevin since February 28, 2020? No, I have not! I called and left a VM for Kevin twice after that. I just received word from my tenant that they had the carpet re-cleaned on March 16th and the cleaner told them that they could not tell that the carpet was cleaned only 2 weeks ago. My suggestion is to use someone else as I have not heard from Kevin and we had to go with another option.
