I been using I Spinello for years with no problems. Until recently…read more I brought in 2 keys to be cut and programmed. The first visit the guy said his programmer needed to be updated. I showed him the instructions that came with the keys he said they were for different keys. So I had to come back the next day. I came back the next day. He still wasn't able to program them Then he said I needed to come back and have someone else try. I told him I was going to try with the directions that came with the keys I was able to program the keys myself. I called and told them, I told them to just refund the money back to my card. He said" the keys were programmed to start the car and that's all they were required to do" So I had 2 keys that would turn in the ignition and not do anything else. The buttons wouldn't work. The owner must not be aware of what's going on, Because I got ripped off

The whole ignition lock needed to be replaced, and it started raining while this was happening so when it was done they came and picked me up from the nearby coffee shop where I'd been waiting. They charged less than they might've out of sympathy for this happening while I was out of town. No lock problems since.
