I showed him the instructions that came with the keys he said they were for different keys. So I had to come back the next day. I came back the next day. He still wasn't able to program them Then he said I needed to come back and have someone else try. I told him I was going to try with the directions that came with the keys I was able to program the keys myself. I called and told them, I told them to just refund the money back to my card. He said" the keys were programmed to start the car and that's all they were required to do" So I had 2 keys that would turn in the ignition and not do anything else. The buttons wouldn't work. The owner must not be aware of what's going on, Because I got ripped off

After two hours he disassembled it, drilled the door hole bigger to accommodate a larger bolt he had with him but then decided he would just order a new lock. So he put the original lock back in which by now was not working at all. The only lock on our front door. Ken said it would take two weeks. Four weeks and several polite calls to him asking about his return I began getting no answers. One time he said they sent the wrong part, the next time he just forgot but would get right on it.
