Me: Hello Mike, This is MDG in MC. The seal on the new garage door is leaking. The 30 year old door never leaked so im wondering about the new seal. ( I attached 4 pictures of the leak for reference.) Mike Cropp: Consider yourself lucky, storms like that don't happen often (This response included 2 short videos. One of water pouring in through someone's basement window, the other of a large branch down in someone's yard. Both included audio) Me: That's nice. What can you do about this seal? Like I said, the 30 y/o door didnt leak at all Mike Cropp: Sorry I can't do anything about the weather, wish I could I wouldn't need a squiggly in my basement, I've been here 15 years and it's the 1st time that's ever happened also, wish i had more answers, you could try and have the opener push down a little harder ?????
