While the deadbolts worked perfectly, I soon realized the keys in the doorknobs were sticking and difficult to push in all the way. I reached out, and they sent a second technician (Christi) who took the time to resolve the issue. While it was a bit disappointing that the job wasn't completed the first time correctly, I am very pleased with the final result.
