I had my garage door malfunction when closing and ended up with the door stuck 1 foot off the ground and the top panel cracking and support rods bending out of alignment. The previous garage door repair company I worked with dropped the ball. So a few days later I called MF Solutions and Stan came out within an hour. He assessed the damage and offered a few different options. I ended up choosing the repair option that preserved my original panel (which was NOT an option given by the other company). Stan did the work exactly as he said he would, and I'm happy with the results. High quality work at a fair price. read more

High recommend MF Solutions for any garage issues. My spring broke and called a few places that could only come out days later. I called these guys to come tune my existing garage door out of concerns of it being really old and possibly never having been serviced before. Max came out the same day I called to inspect. It turned out both tension springs were broken and my hinges and rollers were all needing replacement. I invested in a new energy efficient door rather than repairing. Max ordered our custom door and installed it in less than a week. They were fast, responsive, and professional. They cleaned up after the job and offered a spray can to lubricate the garage rollers twice a year to keep it performing at its best! read more

He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he went above and beyond to make sure it works 100%, including fixing the alignment. Strongly strongly recommend. read more

MF Solutions responded first when submitting my request for repair service. We have a solid wooden (extremely heavy) double garage door that snapped a spring. The door was too heavy to even lift manually. They were extremely pleasant on the phone and made accommodations to get a repair tech out first thing the next morning since it wasn't an emergency. Max called me the next morning and let me know he was 20 minutes away. He was professional and explained the different repair options and costs. The total job took less than an hour. I would highly recommend MF Solutions and will be letting my neighbors know about their excellent service and professionalism. read more

Charged me too much on labor for simply replacing a garage door opener. They put a new garage opener but the cheapest model.

Max's team came out following Morning to fix our Chamberlin garage door: a tension cable, plug the end of trolly arm and add a hinge. Everything done inside an hour. Amazing quality and full VALUE FOR MONEY. Even came out following week to reset the closing sensors pro bono. Fantastic people and amazing service would use again in a heartbeat. read more

It is no wonder that they have received such great reviews. They consistently demonstrate their reliability by promptly responding to my texts and calls and arriving on time. Furthermore, they are not only professional but also kind and friendly, making the experience even better. After two visits in a day, my garage door opener ended up getting replaced, and I was pleased to learn that Max applied previous payments towards the replacement cost. Miles, the technician who installed the new garage door opener, was extremely efficient, and the installation process went smoothly. In addition, he generously tightened several loose screws that I had not even noticed. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door services. After returning home from working out of state the past month, I came home to a non working garage door opener. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem myself without success. I contacted MF Solutions from Yelp to see if they could help. I knew that my 16 year old garage door opener likely needed replacement. Max arrived same day as I contacted him (on a Saturday), and after making sure it wasn't related to home electrical issues, we decided to go with a new garage door opener that has WiFi capability to connect to my connected home device and be able to operate the garage door from wherever I am (helps for amazon deliveries when I'm not at home). He came early Monday with his team and had it installed and operating in under an hour. Max and his team replaced my opener, rail, wall control and outside opener as well as replacing the wheels and lubricating all the garage door components. He also set up both my remotes. He even helped me set up my opener to the WiFi and had me test it on my phone that it was functional before he left. I was worried who I hired initially since my door is 10ft tall but he was very knowledgeable and friendly and even recommended the right opener for the weight of my door. The door opens better than ever, and it is actually quiet! Before replacing it, the garage door made a lot of noise opening and closing, now it's just quiet, which makes me feel comfortable that everything is working well and not under a lot of mechanical stress. I definitely recommend MF Solutions. read more

I was going to cut the grass in the morning before the rain, well the garage door would not open, no access to lawnmower. Took a while to find door keys, and then looked and no lights or clicking when trying to use the remote or switch inside garage. After a few hours of youtube videos and troubleshooting, I called MF Solutions, asked to see if they can send someone out and what the service call would cost to troubleshoot the issue, and I agreed, they would send some one out soon. Stan showed up in less than 1/2 hour, he went through the same troubleshooting I had done, and he said it was the (Craftsman) unit/power supply. He could reorder one, or just replace the opener unit with a chain or belt drive (Chamberlin) unit, I wanted to keep it the same a chain drive unit, he had one in the truck, I agreed to the quote and in 1 hour garage door was opening and closing fine, before he left he also lubed the door, Super silent door operation, super fast work, and super customer service. They do raise the bar on customer service and go beyond, like some reviews mentioned. The only thing I wish I would have kept from the new unit would have been the sensors as spares, in case I need them in the future, since the original ones I have are working fine and I had just cleaned and tested them as part of my youtube troubleshooting. Very recommended and I don't do reviews so this is my first one! read more

I called Max at MF Solutions Inc because my mom's garage door broke. He had made repairs on the garage a few years ago and we were very satisfied with his previous work. He fit us in his schedule very quickly, which was a relief because our door was partially open. I really appreciated how he kept me updated on the time window he was expecting to be here and his ETA when he was on his way. Max was very professional and explained what needed to be fixed so I understood what I would be paying for. He also let me know what repairs I will need in the future and the approximate cost for those repairs. The cost was fair and his repair work was excellent. I will be replacing the motor in my mom's garage soon and I 100% plan on having Max install it! I highly recommend MF Solutions Inc. for your garage repair needs. read more
