Love it here. Great lanes, great atmosphere. All around a great place to come to party and bowl

If I could do no star I would. They have like 20 lanes but only like five working lanes ! Friends were there and got a lane, employees didn't tell anyone a head of time that it's an hour for the lane. That would've been nice to know before spending $20 on one child and one adult shoes. Plus $60 dollars on food (2 platters for the kids). Kids couldn't even enjoy the food before being told to leave. Mind y'all there are a bunch of other tables and we were sitting at one where the lanes weren't even working. So what's the reason for the rush when I'm hurrying to put food in the Togo boxes. Disgusting. Owners and workers obviously don't care about the customers! Will not return! I thought it would be nice to support other Asian owned businesses but I'd rather spend a lot more and travel further for other bowling places! read more

Went on a date there. Around 8ish and wanted to get a drink. Went to the bar and they said there license to sell alcohol was took away from them. Bowling was fun as well as the pool table. Would have been better if alcohol was involved. read more

I Luv Bowling was an amazing experience! The people working there was so friendly and helpful. They have a bar and free pool (6 tables) for all to enjoy! The loud music and bright colored lights creates a extremely fun atmosphere. Great for friends, family, or date nights. I went there with my boyfriend and my family. We got two lanes and competed in bowling. They gave us a great deal on bowling and free drinks! I thought it was nice how the shoes come with the price of each person to bowl because most places make you pay separately for shoes. We ordered soda, fries, and delicious BBQ wings. Then we competed in pool to end the night. read more

Great prices and customer service. Horrible food and drinks. A lot of wasted space and junk laying around in corners read more

this place is HIDEOUS .. as soon as you walk in it's arcade games that DON'T work , they are just sitting there with empty tv boxes. Every single tv in the facility are OFF . nothing is playing . Based off how the pictures look online it seemed nice but don't be fooled . it was my first time going , i was in there for 5 minutes and won't be going back EVER . read more

Stopped by here Saturday night, we walked in at first and was told that a lane was open but that the area was crowded and we should check to see if we wanted it still. Everything was fine with the area so we went back to the desk and went to reserve the lane. A gentleman then comes by and says the lane is taken all of sudden so we leave and come back two hours later. We get a lane and there's about 8 soda cans and water bottles on our table, apparently nobody cleans up there. We try to order drinks, they said the bar is closed. Okay fine, no alcohol. But not even water? Our pins also took forever to reset. Sure it's cheap, but not worth it. read more

Lane constantly broke down. It took forever to reset the pins. We couldn't even get through 1.5 games in 2 hours. A lot of chairs are broken. I don't think anyone ever cleans either. Our table was filthy! We noticed Clorox wipes on another table, so we cleaned our own table. The only positive about this place was the bartender. read more

Great experience! The inside was so nice -- the bowling alleys are maintained well, there were lights and music (great playlist with lots of throwback songs) to create a fun atmosphere, and very friendly staff! :) Will definitely be coming back here again! read more

I would like to inform everyone to make a reservation before going here because the wait is around 2 hours for no apparent reason even though half the lanes were open... but when trying to make the reservations they wouldn't pick up the phone... so we waited and we never had the opportunity to go bowling because of the terrible wait time. But all in all just make a reservation but if they don't answer your call then don't even bother and go somewhere else read more

This place is run by a group of Asian middle school kids. Went there yesterday Saturday night. We been going here for awhile and know that the lanes mess up constantly. It was funny when one of the kid worker came to fix it and started screaming at me when we were waiting for them to fix it. She said "this is the second time". All these kids need to go to school so they can have basic conversation and customer service skill. WHERE IS YOUR PARENTS? What an absolute embarrassment. This place is in need of management and grown ups!! Not immature kids!!! Save your money and go some where else!! Will I visit this place again?? hell nooo!!! read more

Nice spot for bowling pretty inexpensive. They also have a bar and pool tables. Havent tried the food yet. Plenty of parking. read more

I Luv Wasting Money.... I paid $16 for 2 people just to walk to the lane, realize their AC AND FANS DON'T WORK, and walked back without starting and asked for my money back to leave. The kids at the counter are all playing on their phones when a young girl looks up and gives me attention and said "sorry no refunds!" I asked for a manager and they said they don't have one. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, you swear before you even get to your lane. Gross and humid. thanks for stealing my money!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this place is a joke read more

my friends and i love this place! it's inexpensive and they have pretty good snacks/food. usually there are some lanes that are broken down but they have plenty of other lanes open. you pay for what you get. read more

Price is cheap but so is the service and the amenities. The lane was warped and the staff was unresponsive. I felt like they had a lot going in the facility (curtains with extra goings on questionable parties, club, restaurant)! Ugh....... read more

A lot of the lanes were broke down and our lane was not smooth at all. There is left over furniture everywhere and it is very unsanitary. My friends and I went to the front desk to ask for pool balls and the lady at the counter gave us such a bad attitude it ruined our time there. She looked like a highschool student but she treated our group poorly and ruined our experience. I would not recommend going here. read more

Music too loud and not our type. AC not working. Overhead fans not working, this on a summer night . Bowling balls felt greasy, dirty. We are not planning to ever come back to this location unless it changes management . read more

This place is close to home and we checked it out on a Saturday evening. Pros: Good music, Live DJ Full bar- Yay!! Cons: Seems to be the place for the pre-teens. Cool for families but every child in there was wild and unattended too. A few kids were all in our lane... just running wild. Thoughts: This place is more of a club with bowling lanes... lol but still a good time. I recommend if you have anyway in the group under the age of 14 get out before it gets late. read more

This place is disgraceful. The staff is extremely disrespectful and the machines DO NOT WORK. I went once and decided to give them a second chance, boy was I wrong. Never go there. read more

I luv bowling is a wonderful bowling alley. This alley is very clean, everything is nice and neat. Music is very good. The staff alone is amazing. Very customer friendly. I will definitely come back for service ! read more

This is a great place to go! My family, friends and I had so much fun here! The staff was super sweet and accommodating, they were genuinely really nice and friendly! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and everything was reasonably priced. They had free pool tables too! Overall a 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend and come again :) read more

Went here on a Friday night to bowl with my family! As soon as we walked in the music was blazing loud like if I was at the club cuz they had a dj. The lady then said it would be about 30 mins to bowl. When I looked up on maps places to bowl this one popped up and it said it was kid friendly. To me it was not very kid friendly for my family, as I have a 3 1/2 and a 10m baby. So unless u wanna have a good time with no kids this is the place to go. There was girls dancing all over their guys lk it was a club scene. Not to mention is it next to a club/lounge. Never going there again. And I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to bowl with a family and kids. read more

The place is DISTURBINGLY LOUD. Everything is really dirty. They packed 7 people in one lane and you pay per person. The front desk lady was really RUDE and tried to rush us HARSHLY. Will never be back. Trashiest bowling place I've ever seen. And NOT CHEAP. read more

I'm mad that I even have to give this place a star. Went here to enjoy a good night out with my company and I ordered lemon pepper wings. The wings came back crispy but they were salty. Neither I or my company was able to enjoy the food we paid for and when asked if I could get regular wings after they insisted that "lemon pepper season was salty" and they first replied "there was nothing they could do". Only after a whole attitude from an employee I got regular wings as requested the first time. Not my money back just regular wings. Also, a bigger party got to bowl before we did. Smh. This place is nothing like the pictures and I see why it has 2 stars. They lack customer service. Save the trip and your money! read more

The people working there were very nice and the prices were good too. We just had issues with one of the lanes not working as expected when we were there. The staff was helpful and moved us to working lanes quickly. read more

The quality of this bowling place is terrible! The special for 2 hours of bowling and pool was what attracted me in the first place. My impression of this place went straight to negative within my first 5 minutes of playing in this establishment. My lane was not properly oiled at all while some lanes at the end looked like it did. I played at many bowling alleys and I am at a fairly decent skill levels but these lanes are so terrible that I couldn't use my bowling techniques properly. What is so gross about this place is how dirty it is. There is dust everywhere! Some of the floor board pieces are MISSING! All the chairs looked like it was just repainted in cheap red paint that are chipping off in many places. Many parts of the bowling alley looks the same way. The owner of this place used cheap glossy black and red paint and just used it everywhere to make it appear new but ends up looking tacky instead. This place in a nut shell looks like an old bowling alley that closed down and some person bought it thinking they could make an easy cheap dollar from people. read more

This place is an absolute dump. No a/c. Ceiling fans dont work. Water fountain it dont work either. Every other pin set at least one pin falls out of the rack. I cant emphasize enough what a dump this is. When they tell you at the front desk "no refunds" before you even get your shoes...that should've been my first clue. The dirt on the approach was a nice touch also. Once again this place is an absolute dump. Stay as far away from it as you can. read more

I rarely give negative reviews. However after our experience at I Luv Bowling, I felt compelled to do so. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid this location at all costs. Our two lanes broke down roughly 5 times each. Our score board completely cleared three times during the middle of games. Near the end we had to ask the attendant to fix one lane four times. During this time the young woman was sitting on top of the bar wrapped around a guy, literally her hands and legs were intertwined with him. She seemed extremely annoyed every time we asked for assistance. . She stated she informed the technician yet we waited roughly 25-30 minutes for us to be informed that they could not fix this (she only called the assistant once or twice during this time and spent the rest of the time flirting with a young man). The floors were sticky and the seats were loose. They also did not have simple items such as limes for beers. When another young woman came she stated this our lane was know for its difficulties. When we asked why we weren't placed in another one she stated it's first come first serve. Yet multiple other lanes where open when we arrived. When we stated this she simply shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn't there to see. Furthermore the bathrooms were filthy, the sink alone had pink slime and grime all over the edges (see pictures). Absolutely despicable customer service! Please do not be fooled by the $8 unlimited bowling, simply not worth it! read more

I wish i have an option of rating 0 star . We arrived in a group of 6 and were assigned to lane 20. After 2 turns , the lane stopped functioning a couple times. Then we were moved to lane 24. Same thing happened then we were moved to lane 19. The lane kept on being stuck so we never even finished a game. Although we got some assistance but it is ridiculous that they had to reset the lanes 11 times, so we ended up playing that game for 2 and a half hour. Half way through the game, the lane malfunction again and guess what it's closing time. We kindly talked to the staff about getting the refund, but he walked away and never responded back to us. We walked out to the front register and found him standing with another female staff. We addressed the issue again and ask to at-least get a store credit, but they denied that our lane were changed 3 times. On top of that , we were told by the female staff that there was a signed document that said we should expect that there would be some lane difficulties. And it is not their fault. We WERE NOT told or asked to sign anything. I would brush this off, if she had apologized but instead defended herself. Note that we approached them kindly but all we got were a very disrespectful attitude. I love this place until today and it is very sad to see a business stop caring because they got enough customer. They can keep my money. *shake my head* read more

The scoring system malfunctioned constantly, giving points on gutter balls or giving 4's instead of 7's. When we told them this, they switched us to another lane. The same thing happened, so they switched us again. When it happened again, we wanted to leave cause we couldn't justify to ourselves to pay for something this terrible. The people told us they didn't have the authority to refund us, so we had spent the full price to roll balls down the lane and have the machine put up random numbers for our scores. On top of this, the lanes would switch off occasionally, and the worker there would constantly walk across the lanes without a care in the world. Overall, an absolute joke of a bowling experience that I will definitely not be repeating in the future. read more

This places sucks. I came when it was busy and the guy that was working took his time to walk across the building to talk to a friend and walk back before assisting us with getting shoes and a lane. The price for bowling here is insane, not in a good way. I would much rather go to another bowling place that gives better service than here. I'm never coming back. read more

My First time is maybe last time, my family and i entered to bowl and 15 minutes into bowling the problem started. Another group entered to bowl next to us asked us to move because they have a large group we politely said no because all other table was full in which like where was my fam going so they kept asking even went to front desk to ask us to move which bother me because that group didn't reserve anything. Well the other group was mad and just wanted to be buttholes that night it was going toward verbal and physical confrontation. Thanks I luv bowling for handling that situation read more

The first time I went to I Luv Bowling , the service was horrible and our section stop working the entire time we were there . The guy that served us was very nice so we decided to give it another chance. My family and I came back to I Luv Bowling on Sunday January 24 at 6:33 to be exact , my uncle paid for Two hours of bowling , around 7 we called someone over and let them know it's not working properly so they moved us over to a different section. That's not the worst part , after we got a different section , the balls were not coming back to us so we call someone again . To my disbelief when this RUDE man came over and said " If the balls not coming back why you keep bowling " . We continue to play , bought food and drinks . Around 7:30 a message came up on the screen which stated " 15 minutes remaining " so we were like oh no this must be a mistake , I went over to the lady at the front explaining to her what happened the same RUDE guy came back and starting yelling and shouting that we have been there for two hours and he will just give us 20 more mins EMPHASIS ON GIVE ! Like excuse me you're not giving us anything we paid for this . After that my aunty went to the bar tender and asked for a manger , she then came back to my aunty and said the manager is out doing errands . The RUDE guy came back and stared yelling at my aunty & we felt VERY DISRESPECTED SO WE LEFT !!!! Please save your money and time . read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I came here on a Thursday night, which was not that busy. My lanes kept breaking down over and over and the scores kept getting deleted so i politely asked the front desk if they could switch my lane since it wasn't packed and the girl gave me a nasty attitude. It's like they have no sense of customer service. My lane again broke down and i asked them what the problem was and if i could see the manager. Apparently they just recently hired a new manager, she came to speak with me and did not help resolve any problems and made it seems like it was my fault instead of apologizing for the lanes. She seemed inexperienced and did not communicate well. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT COME. The bar here looks like i'm at the back of someone's kitchen. Very dirty. limited on alcohol. INEXPERIENCED BARTENDERS. Food is mediocre. read more

Affordable for family to bowling and play pool for FREE. Great fingers foods and mix drinks at a BAR.

I just went here for the first time last night with my husband and one of our friends. The price is awesome it was only 10$ a person for unlimited bowling plus shoes. Looking around you could tell some of the lanes were not working, well the lane they put us on half the time wouldn't work right. The black bar that comes down to push fallen pins away would start up then as it was going up some times it would fall back down. I went to bowl as I saw it lifting knowing by the time my ball was even 1/4th of the way down it would be all the way up but it dropped again and my ball hit the black thing. Some kid his name started with a T was retrieving the stuck ball and was a complete asshole to us. It's not my fault your equipment doesn't work right and it was a mistake I didn't do it on purpose. I was highly shocked in the way that the employee was treating us it was very rude. when I went upfront to ask for the manager's phone number the girl at the front desk gave me a number that didn't even work. Frankly I'm super angry no employee should ever treat a customer that badly. He even started taking crap as he walked away. It completely ruined everything for us. read more
