Friends were there and got a lane, employees didn't tell anyone a head of time that it's an hour for the lane. That would've been nice to know before spending $20 on one child and one adult shoes. Plus $60 dollars on food (2 platters for the kids). Kids couldn't even enjoy the food before being told to leave. Mind y'all there are a bunch of other tables and we were sitting at one where the lanes weren't even working. So what's the reason for the rush when I'm hurrying to put food in the Togo boxes. I Luv Bowling was an amazing experience! The people working there was so friendly and helpful. They have a bar and free pool (6 tables) for all to enjoy! The loud music and bright colored lights creates a extremely fun atmosphere. Great for friends, family, or date nights. I went there with my boyfriend and my family. We got two lanes and competed in bowling. They gave us a great deal on bowling and free drinks! I thought it was nice how the shoes come with the price of each person to bowl because most places make you pay separately for shoes. We ordered soda, fries, and delicious BBQ wings. Stopped by here Saturday night, we walked in at first and was told that a lane was open but that the area was crowded and we should check to see if we wanted it still. Everything was fine with the area so we went back to the desk and went to reserve the lane. A gentleman then comes by and says the lane is taken all of sudden so we leave and come back two hours later. We get a lane and there's about 8 soda cans and water bottles on our table, apparently nobody cleans up there. We try to order drinks, they said the bar is closed. Okay fine, no alcohol. This place is run by a group of Asian middle school kids. Went there yesterday Saturday night. We been going here for awhile and know that the lanes mess up constantly. It was funny when one of the kid worker came to fix it and started screaming at me when we were waiting for them to fix it. She said "this is the second time". All these kids need to go to school so they can have basic conversation and customer service skill. WHERE IS YOUR PARENTS? What an absolute embarrassment. This place is close to home and we checked it out on a Saturday evening. Pros: Good music, Live DJ Full bar- Yay!! Cons: Seems to be the place for the pre-teens. Went here on a Friday night to bowl with my family! As soon as we walked in the music was blazing loud like if I was at the club cuz they had a dj. The lady then said it would be about 30 mins to bowl. When I looked up on maps places to bowl this one popped up and it said it was kid friendly. To me it was not very kid friendly for my family, as I have a 3 1/2 and a 10m baby. So unless u wanna have a good time with no kids this is the place to go. There was girls dancing all over their guys lk it was a club scene. Not to mention is it next to a club/lounge. Never going there again. I'm mad that I even have to give this place a star. Went here to enjoy a good night out with my company and I ordered lemon pepper wings. The wings came back crispy but they were salty. Neither I or my company was able to enjoy the food we paid for and when asked if I could get regular wings after they insisted that "lemon pepper season was salty" and they first replied "there was nothing they could do". Only after a whole attitude from an employee I got regular wings as requested the first time. Not my money back just regular wings. Also, a bigger party got to bowl before we did. Smh. The quality of this bowling place is terrible! The special for 2 hours of bowling and pool was what attracted me in the first place. My impression of this place went straight to negative within my first 5 minutes of playing in this establishment. My lane was not properly oiled at all while some lanes at the end looked like it did. I played at many bowling alleys and I am at a fairly decent skill levels but these lanes are so terrible that I couldn't use my bowling techniques properly. What is so gross about this place is how dirty it is. There is dust everywhere! Some of the floor board pieces are MISSING! All the chairs looked like it was just repainted in cheap red paint that are chipping off in many places. Many parts of the bowling alley looks the same way. The owner of this place used cheap glossy black and red paint and just used it everywhere to make it appear new but ends up looking tacky instead. This place in a nut shell looks like an old bowling alley that closed down and some person bought it thinking they could make an easy cheap dollar from people. read more

This place is an absolute dump. No a/c. Ceiling fans dont work. Water fountain it dont work either. Every other pin set at least one pin falls out of the rack. I rarely give negative reviews. However after our experience at I Luv Bowling, I felt compelled to do so. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid this location at all costs. Our two lanes broke down roughly 5 times each. Our score board completely cleared three times during the middle of games. Near the end we had to ask the attendant to fix one lane four times. During this time the young woman was sitting on top of the bar wrapped around a guy, literally her hands and legs were intertwined with him. She seemed extremely annoyed every time we asked for assistance. . She stated she informed the technician yet we waited roughly 25-30 minutes for us to be informed that they could not fix this (she only called the assistant once or twice during this time and spent the rest of the time flirting with a young man). The floors were sticky and the seats were loose. They also did not have simple items such as limes for beers. When another young woman came she stated this our lane was know for its difficulties. When we asked why we weren't placed in another one she stated it's first come first serve. Yet multiple other lanes where open when we arrived. When we stated this she simply shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn't there to see. Furthermore the bathrooms were filthy, the sink alone had pink slime and grime all over the edges (see pictures). Absolutely despicable customer service! I wish i have an option of rating 0 star . We arrived in a group of 6 and were assigned to lane 20. After 2 turns , the lane stopped functioning a couple times. Then we were moved to lane 24. Same thing happened then we were moved to lane 19. The lane kept on being stuck so we never even finished a game. Although we got some assistance but it is ridiculous that they had to reset the lanes 11 times, so we ended up playing that game for 2 and a half hour. Half way through the game, the lane malfunction again and guess what it's closing time. We kindly talked to the staff about getting the refund, but he walked away and never responded back to us. We walked out to the front register and found him standing with another female staff. We addressed the issue again and ask to at-least get a store credit, but they denied that our lane were changed 3 times. On top of that , we were told by the female staff that there was a signed document that said we should expect that there would be some lane difficulties. And it is not their fault. We WERE NOT told or asked to sign anything. I would brush this off, if she had apologized but instead defended herself. Note that we approached them kindly but all we got were a very disrespectful attitude. I love this place until today and it is very sad to see a business stop caring because they got enough customer. The scoring system malfunctioned constantly, giving points on gutter balls or giving 4's instead of 7's. When we told them this, they switched us to another lane. The same thing happened, so they switched us again. When it happened again, we wanted to leave cause we couldn't justify to ourselves to pay for something this terrible. The people told us they didn't have the authority to refund us, so we had spent the full price to roll balls down the lane and have the machine put up random numbers for our scores. On top of this, the lanes would switch off occasionally, and the worker there would constantly walk across the lanes without a care in the world. The first time I went to I Luv Bowling , the service was horrible and our section stop working the entire time we were there . The guy that served us was very nice so we decided to give it another chance. My family and I came back to I Luv Bowling on Sunday January 24 at 6:33 to be exact , my uncle paid for Two hours of bowling , around 7 we called someone over and let them know it's not working properly so they moved us over to a different section. That's not the worst part , after we got a different section , the balls were not coming back to us so we call someone again . To my disbelief when this RUDE man came over and said " If the balls not coming back why you keep bowling " . We continue to play , bought food and drinks . Around 7:30 a message came up on the screen which stated " 15 minutes remaining " so we were like oh no this must be a mistake , I went over to the lady at the front explaining to her what happened the same RUDE guy came back and starting yelling and shouting that we have been there for two hours and he will just give us 20 more mins EMPHASIS ON GIVE ! I just went here for the first time last night with my husband and one of our friends. The price is awesome it was only 10$ a person for unlimited bowling plus shoes. Looking around you could tell some of the lanes were not working, well the lane they put us on half the time wouldn't work right. The black bar that comes down to push fallen pins away would start up then as it was going up some times it would fall back down. I went to bowl as I saw it lifting knowing by the time my ball was even 1/4th of the way down it would be all the way up but it dropped again and my ball hit the black thing. Some kid his name started with a T was retrieving the stuck ball and was a complete asshole to us. It's not my fault your equipment doesn't work right and it was a mistake I didn't do it on purpose. I was highly shocked in the way that the employee was treating us it was very rude. when I went upfront to ask for the manager's phone number the girl at the front desk gave me a number that didn't even work.
