I really love this restaurant, and I keep coming back because the food is consistently delicious. The seafood is flavorful, fresh, and worth the wait. If you're ordering in person, you place your order at the window outside and then wait for it to be prepared. The wait is usually around 15 to 20 minutes. There isn't any seating available, so you'll either need to wait in your car or walk around some of the nearby stores until your order is ready. The surrounding area isn't the nicest neighborhood, so I personally prefer waiting in my car. My biggest complaint is with DoorDash orders. Almost every time I order delivery, they forget my mango lemonade. At this point, it's become a recurring issue, and it's really disappointing because I honestly look forward to my drink just as much as my food. If customers are paying for drinks, they should receive them. I really hope the restaurant starts double-checking every DoorDash order before it leaves. Please make sure all drinks, sides, and food items are included in the bag. A quick packaging check would make a huge difference and save customers from having missing items. The food itself is excellent, and that's why I continue to support this business. I just hope they improve their quality control with delivery orders so the experience is as good as dining in. read more

We went to this palace around 4pm and the hours are 12-8 everyday and first thing they say is we have no sauce. I've only seen this place on instagram and i was excited but I was truly wrong. We tried to order an egg-rolls but they said they only had one kind smh. Then we had to get the only egg roll they had which was shrimp crab and lobster. We asked for a lemonade drink and they said they only had one kind. How can a place like this with so many IG followers be such a bad place/ experience. How can you run out of food/ sauce / drinks on the weekend. The weekend is the busiest time for most restaurants not a good look if you ask me. Then we finally got the egg rolls they are know for and NO NO NO NO NO. Took a bite out of it and it tasted soooo fishy as if the crab meat was bad. This was an outside carry out place no place to sit only thing you can do is stand on the corner and this is not jn the best area. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR SURE, I WONT EVER GO BACK. This place deserves No Stars read more

I spent the block again to see if the egg rolls were as good as the first time. Unfortunately, it was a bust. I placed an online order, and when I got there it wasn't ready. The staff was rude. I went to the window and was told to come back in 5 minutes. I came back in 10, and when I got to the counter, the staff flatly said, "It's not ready." I asked, "I was told 5 minutes, 10 minutes ago, how much longer?" and she rudely replied, "I don't know." The egg rolls weren't as good as the first time. Consistency is key, and they were lacking. read more

I Love Seafood did not disappoint. I had the Dirty Yak, the salmon, and the crab egg roll, and everything was packed with flavor and cooked really well. The yak had that rich, savory taste, the salmon was satisfying, and the egg roll was crispy and tasty with a nice seafood filling. read more

Do Not Recommend Poor Customer Service!! RATING: ZERO, ZERO, ZERO!!!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I purchased a $200 order of nine seafood egg rolls containing shrimp, crabmeat, and lobster. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via email, voicemail, and text message, I received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a business. The contact phone number provided on the company's website is ineffective, as I have not received any return calls, emails, or text messages. Finally, after 4 months later, UPS delivered the seafood egg rolls, but they were not packaged correctly for delivery to Michigan. All the egg rolls were thawed, melted, and the parchment paper wrapping was stuck to each individual egg roll. The careless packaging rendered the egg rolls unusable and resulted in a wasted $200. Despite the delivery, I have not received any communication regarding the careless delay and shipping. I had seen this restaurant featured in an article about Baltimore eating places. It got mixed reviews. Since they mostly seemed to revolve around service, and there were mildly negative reviews about the food, I was willing to forego the service for the taste. I shouldn't have. We ordered - and paid for - a regular lump crab meat eggroll and a self love one that was supposed to have lump crab, lobster, and shrimp. I don't know what we got. The 2 eggrolls were identical, but they included shrimp and claw meat - there wasn't a lump to be found - and the one that was supposed to have lobster didn't even try to mask its absence! It's one thing when you try a place and the food just isn't good, but I feel cheated here, like it was a bait and switch. They should be reported to the Baltimore seafood restaurant police! read more

Umm.... I wasn't a fan, but my fam brought me one after they sought out the pop-up (Insta-famous). Maybe it was better fresh. The egg roll dough is pasty and tough. There are huge whole shrimp, but not seeing the lobster. Guess it's shredded and mixed in with the crab situation. I didn't drive there so can't speak to its appearance or "findability"- it was cool for what it was. I suppose. read more

The customer service was horrible the girl with the glasses has an attitude. She lacks etiquette and customer service skills. The location is on the corner, in the hood and she is the only person you can communicate with. I order two lump crab, salmon and shrimp egg rolls and she managed to screw my order up. And was very rude upon my return for her to correct the order. The food was greasy, lacked flavor and was cold but they say it's made to order. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! If I could leave zero stars I would! read more

This company is running a very questionable operation. If you are comfortable risking your money, then go ahead and order from them. I placed my order on February 4th, and their policy states that they only ship once a week on Wednesdays. What appears to happen, however, is that a shipping label is created to give the impression that the order is about to ship, while the item is never actually sent. It is now March 7th, and I still have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails and even called, and there has been absolutely no response. The complete lack of communication alone is unacceptable. As a Black customer who intentionally tries to support Black owned businesses, situations like this are especially disappointing. Many of us genuinely want to support and see our businesses thrive, but when customers are overcharged, ignored, and treated this way, it damages trust and reflects poorly on the very community people are asking others to support. Accountability and professionalism should come with that support. This level of service is unacceptable. read more

I really wish i would've read the reviews before ordering from them. They are clearly scamming people out of money. They say they deliver but they clearly do not. I ordered january 30th. The delivery time was supposed to be 3-5 days. It never came. I called, left messages, sent text, and sent messages to them on their instagram page. I got no response. They created a ups label on 2/9 that said my delivery would be to me the next day. I never received it. I live about 50 mins from them. My husband wanted to pull up on their scamming asses but i am just going to file a dispute with my card. Now i see why they left atlanta. Probably had some people after their crooked asses. I spent $85 with these crooks. Save yourself the headache. Do not order from them. read more

THIS was at the Baltimore location, Greenmount Ave: It was December 29th 2025, my birthday. I came all the way from DC to get these seafood eggrolls and Dirty Yuk that the internet was boasting about. I ordered 3 self love eggrolls, 2 dirty Yuks. Because my daughter don't like shrimp, I omitted shrimp in 1. Well my experience was not a good one. I'm thinking maybe it was the time I got there (5pm), but still you suppose to serve good food until the doors or in this case the window closes! The food was horrible! The eggrolls was dark and extremely greasy on the outside! The inside barely had, if any lobster and the shrimp was not impressive at all, there was no lump crab meat! It seem to have fillers added. The shrimp and eggs in both the Eggrolls and Yuk were overcooked to the point where there gave eating a rubber ball! The shrimp was so tuff I thought I was chewing a rubber band! The noodles in the Yuk was so big, swollen and mushy that it was hard to find the few shrimp offered. And to top that off the one I didn't get shrimp in, I was still charged the full price. No they got me once with the dirty little literally hole in the wall (walk up to a window outside), never again! Save your time for some place that really deserves your hard earned money . Totally cost was 70 dollars . Imma say ewww and leave it at that. read more

where do I start? this place is terrible! first of all it's a hole in the wall! Someone recommended this place to my wife, we waited an hour for $15 egg rolls that were greasy and made with zero love. The girl at the window had a bad attitude and they had the nerve to mess up our order! The girl behind the window was acting as if I was wrong for asking her twice if my order was ready after standing outside in the hot sun with a bunch of YN's standing on the corner and in the surrounding area! we wanted them to correct their mistake with the order and the girl shouted "YOU HAVE TO PAY"! why would we have to pay for an order you messed up? They did not give us enough napkins and the girl didn't label the different egg rolls the way I asked her to. Do not go to this hole in the wall!! read more

I came all the way from NYC to come to this place and the customer service is terrible, no professionalism and attitude, the light skin lady at the front got mad cuz my dad asked if they called his order yet, we waited an hour for our order and the eggrolls are so greasy I think ima have a heart attack AND it came out cold. On top of THAT it's $15 for EACH eggroll and I heard somewhere that they used to be $10. So the quality of the food is f**king terrible and then they increase the price. lame ahh Baltimore spots read more

I went down there today to pickup my order that I placed 45 minutes prior. The black female at the window stated that they didn't start it yet and it would be ready in 30 minutes. We drove to this side of town based on a review. We ordered AT THE WINDOW-strange, but true. I ordered the yak with lobster. $20 plus added lobster =$30 bucks. I guess i was hungry and pumped up that this was the best. NOT!! I was surprised at how small the box was for $20. Got home, poured out and y'all, I only for two tiny pieces of lobster!! And there was nothing great about this yak. Don't waste your time or money at this place. My husband bought the crab eggroll. Fair but not worth the money- $15. I had my first experience with I love seafood today. First of location is horrible on Greenmount Ave and a side street. The big issues with the location was no store signs, we get served through a window on the corner with random individuals just hanging around the store who were not customers. No menu, phone is always busy and the online menu was even empty. I finaly ordered the self love eggrolls two for $20. I paid for my purchase and upon bitting into them i could tell the were fried in old oil. It tasted bitter and scorched. The oil temp was to high the outside looked done but the inside was undercooked and rubbery. I could not eat the wrapping and i had to scoop out the filling that had no lobster. This was an horribly expersive time at this place. I hope this was a one time experience but please do better. At least post a store sign so people know where you are. I drove pass three times. read more
