I went to the window and was told to come back in 5 minutes. I came back in 10, and when I got to the counter, the staff flatly said, "It's not ready." Do Not Recommend Poor Customer Service!! I purchased a $200 order of nine seafood egg rolls containing shrimp, crabmeat, and lobster. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via email, voicemail, and text message, I received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. The contact phone number provided on the company's website is ineffective, as I have not received any return calls, emails, or text messages. Finally, after 4 months later, UPS delivered the seafood egg rolls, but they were not packaged correctly for delivery to Michigan. All the egg rolls were thawed, melted, and the parchment paper wrapping was stuck to each individual egg roll. The careless packaging rendered the egg rolls unusable and resulted in a wasted $200. Despite the delivery, I have not received any communication regarding the careless delay and shipping. Attention: I Love Seafood If you are unable to fulfill customer shipping orders, I recommend removing this feature from your website and continuing with walk-in orders only. The customer service was horrible the girl with the glasses has an attitude. She lacks etiquette and customer service skills. The location is on the corner, in the hood and she is the only person you can communicate with. I order two lump crab, salmon and shrimp egg rolls and she managed to screw my order up. This company is running a very questionable operation. If you are comfortable risking your money, then go ahead and order from them. I placed my order on February 4th, and their policy states that they only ship once a week on Wednesdays. What appears to happen, however, is that a shipping label is created to give the impression that the order is about to ship, while the item is never actually sent. It is now March 7th, and I still have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails and even called, and there has been absolutely no response. The complete lack of communication alone is unacceptable. As a Black customer who intentionally tries to support Black owned businesses, situations like this are especially disappointing. Many of us genuinely want to support and see our businesses thrive, but when customers are overcharged, ignored, and treated this way, it damages trust and reflects poorly on the very community people are asking others to support. I really wish i would've read the reviews before ordering from them. They are clearly scamming people out of money. They say they deliver but they clearly do not. I ordered january 30th. The delivery time was supposed to be 3-5 days. It never came. I called, left messages, sent text, and sent messages to them on their instagram page. I got no response. They created a ups label on 2/9 that said my delivery would be to me the next day. I never received it. I live about 50 mins from them. THIS was at the Baltimore location, Greenmount Ave: It was December 29th 2025, my birthday. I came all the way from DC to get these seafood eggrolls and Dirty Yuk that the internet was boasting about. I ordered 3 self love eggrolls, 2 dirty Yuks. Because my daughter don't like shrimp, I omitted shrimp in 1. Well my experience was not a good one. I'm thinking maybe it was the time I got there (5pm), but still you suppose to serve good food until the doors or in this case the window closes! The food was horrible! The eggrolls was dark and extremely greasy on the outside! The inside barely had, if any lobster and the shrimp was not impressive at all, there was no lump crab meat! It seem to have fillers added. The shrimp and eggs in both the Eggrolls and Yuk were overcooked to the point where there gave eating a rubber ball! The shrimp was so tuff I thought I was chewing a rubber band! The noodles in the Yuk was so big, swollen and mushy that it was hard to find the few shrimp offered. And to top that off the one I didn't get shrimp in, I was still charged the full price. No they got me once with the dirty little literally hole in the wall (walk up to a window outside), never again! Save your time for some place that really deserves your hard earned money . I had my first experience with I love seafood today. First of location is horrible on Greenmount Ave and a side street. The big issues with the location was no store signs, we get served through a window on the corner with random individuals just hanging around the store who were not customers. No menu, phone is always busy and the online menu was even empty. I finaly ordered the self love eggrolls two for $20. I paid for my purchase and upon bitting into them i could tell the were fried in old oil. It tasted bitter and scorched. The oil temp was to high the outside looked done but the inside was undercooked and rubbery. I could not eat the wrapping and i had to scoop out the filling that had no lobster. This was an horribly expersive time at this place. I hope this was a one time experience but please do better. At least post a store sign so people know where you are.
