I heart boba is honestly my most favorite place to get boba at. I love the staff there they already memorized my order since I tend to visit this location multiple times. I've been coming to i heart boba for years and I've spent a ton of money but this one visit today had me a little shocked. I'm used to seeing the same friendly staff who always smile but today I was met with a new employee who was nothing like the others. She was weirdly rude not in a direct way but she was very blunt and not friendly whatsoever she wasn't even in uniform either she just had a Dekaney shirt on. Lots of opinions as far as flavors or add ons. Plus they will do Splenda substitutes for sugar to cut down on calories. I have tried my far share of boba places and this one is by far my favorite. Really good coffee. Better prices than Starbucks, but don't stay open as late is the only down side.

Coming from California, super happy that we were able to finally find a boba place, even if it is 30 mins away from Conroe. Has a chill and modern vibe. But as for the drinks got the almond cream tea and matcha green tea slushie. Both were pretty good and pricing was decent. read more

The guy working the register is just the nicest person ever. I've only tried the milk tea here and it does have a different taste but it's still really good. I like asking for half milk and half sugar since it can be too sweet and milky. read more

Super friendly staff and great service! My daughter sent me to get her a coffee so I thought I'd try one too. I told this to the young lady who took my order and when she asked my daughter's name she, very bubbly, said, "we know K****, she and her daughters are in here all the time! She's so sweet!" I have been coming here for over a year. For some reason they are always out of sandwiches. There's been so many times I come early between six and 7 o'clock in the evening and try to order a sandwich and they always say they're out of bread. Why do you even offer sandwiches if when the customer comes then you never have it available. I will no longer go to this location because the management and the employees are unskilled. They cannot even keep proper stock to make sandwiches. read more

I've always wished we had a boba place close by. I was so excited when I drove by this place. Can't believe it's been here over a year! We got the taro tea with boba, Thai tea with boba, blended ice cream coffee with boba, and a pulled pork bahn mi. All awesome! Will be regulars here. read more

This is the best boba tea place ever. Not too overly sweet ... Just right! Nice after school hangout with friends. Lotsa flavors to choose from. I love the taro smoothie, pomegranate and green apple slush, and the mango and cantaloupe are sooo good if u buy 5 u get one free. This review is only for the drinks. I do not like the sandwiches. Love this place! This is one of the only Boba places I have been to that serve aloe Vera gel as an add-on and I love it!

The combination of all natural smoothies with boba are endless, they taste spectacular and the boba popping in your mouth are like burst of heaven. So yummy! I am a regular there :) I've tried other boba places but this place is by far the best I've ever had. I always get their cream tea with boba & pudding. Nice little spot in spring. Never really busy. The menu is cheap and filling. Their cream tea is not bad. It grew on me and is now my favourite cream tea. The amount of boba they put in the drink is a joke but you can always add some extra. Sometimes boba is not ready when they open. Their sandwhiches are great and tasty. However if they are out of something, e.g. avocado, they will not tell you unless you specifically ask. They have a rewards program which will earn you a free drink after a certain amount spent there. However the rewards only count for that specific store and the yelp check in deal cannot be applied towards the rewards. Keep that in mind. Staff is always friendly. read more

I have been coming to this place for several years. The people at the cashier are for the most part friendly. I have never dealt with the manager or shift lead up until today. Horrible, horrible, horrible... You would think if you were sold a spoiled tea, you would get better treatment for informing "the manager." To my dismay, that was not the case. Just sad... read more

The Charbroiled BBQ Pork and Charbroiled BBQ Chicken sandwiches are good. Not the best Bahn Mi sandwiches, but it's close, convenient and satisfies the craving. Their drinks are all tasty as well. I like Passion Fruit Tea. It's a cute little place with comfy seating and board games to encourage customers to hang out. I see a lot of teens taking advantage of the welcoming space. We always take our food / drinks to go. FYI, I don't think they share the same rewards program as the I Boba on Champion Forest in the same shopping center as Kroger. They each maintain their own customer loyalty points. read more
