Not a fan of this I Heart Boba. Every time I go they secretly charge me something. They like to say the prices on the menu aren't updated (it's a digital menu, how hard is it to update your prices??). I was charged an extra $2.00 for a Honeydew Tea with tapioca last time. When I showed the girl at the counter my receipt she was obviously confused and after a while just chalked it up to a menu price change. My tea ended up costing more than my friends smoothies AND it was watery and bland. Go to the IHB on Cypresswood. Better service, better drinks and no hidden fees! read more

This place is GREAT! I pretty much go every day when I am passing by. When it comes to either getting usual plain green tea or getting a smoothie. They are always top notch. Just recently moved to this side of town and was craving for a really good tapioca place. My go to drink is milk tea with tapioca and this has been the only place of the many I tried that is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and greet you the moment you step into the place. The place is really cozy. Great if you want to come with family or friends. They have nice shaded outdoor seating too. Tried their BBQ grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. It was good. read more

I was on the way back from The Woodlands to my mom's...so tried to find a tapioca place on the way. I Heart Boba showed up on Yelp...the franchise has never really failed me. Ordered a milk tea for myself and a Vietnamese coffee for my hub. Overall good... the guy there was very nice. Small place...it was a little hard for me to find especially when Louetta is such a long way road from I-45...plus I was driving in the dark....I do like their check-in deal... This is my favorite boba place ever! The service is always quick and pleasant. It's a small space but it's cute and cozy, perfect for studying! There are board games you can enjoy with friends or family. I have visited a lot of times now. I love that they do some sort of point system where you enter your phone number and you can see how much you've spent and if you reach a certain amount, you can get a free boba. My go-to boba drink is always Taro Cream Tea and I Heart Boba's Taro is my all time favorite!!! Aside from cream teas, they also sell coffees, slushees, smoothies, fresh juices and sandwiches. I love fresh boba and blended teas far before it was cool to drink them. The best boba in this city is Oolong off of Blalock and I10. They make fresh boba daily. The size of the boba is normal. This place puts tiny pea size boba. Also I got the Taro Root, which they clearly just dumped a ton of sugar in. Instead of making a regular smoothie with normal boba they tried to make it cute and overly sugary. What is even more astonishing is that there are so many suburbanites that eat this stuff up and give it 5 stars. The girls were nice enough, except she kept trying to convince me to put my number in for the rewards thing they do when I told her I am moving out of state tomorrow. So she proceeded to tell me I can get a free one if I get 5 of them. Common sense is the new intelligence. All of this is exactly why I have to read reviews and not go off of average ratings because some people don't know authentic or real, even if it smacked them in the face. If your looking for an overly sweet drink with tiny chewy things, this is your place. They tried to mimic what a good tea place does and they fell very short. I dropped by here with a friend. We ordered quickly and the girl in the front let us know there would be a small wait because the boba was not ready yet. We were fine with that and sat down to wait for our orders. Prices were pretty good, especially compared to their location on Champion Forest. However, when I finally got my order, I realized that they had made it without actually adding the boba! I went back up there and they corrected their mistake quickly, but it was an annoyance. Also, their blender was REALLY REALLY loud, to the point where I couldn't hear my friend and basically had to read her lips for the entire time we were there. The drinks were good, and I'll probably be back as we have few boba places available in Spring, but I won't be coming here to hang out or study. read more

I always come to get boba from this location because it's the closest IHB to my house, and I am almost always satisfied when I leave. The workers are pretty nice and they are quick with taking orders/making the drinks. It also has a super chill and comfortable vibe which is nice if you want to get work done there. Took off 1 star because there have been a few times where my drink was bland, boba was too soft/hard, and/or there was too much ice and little of the actual drink. But all in all, I like it enough to drop by every couple of weeks! read more
