Chocolate chip shake and Irish cream brownie shake
Elysa O.

Great location in a mini strip mall in fair lawn. What was weird, is that I arrived at the establishment before the workers arrived despite the hours that were stated on the door. I went back to my car but then saw the employees come to open the door abc waved at me, I went in. They apologized for being late opening up and offered free samples to ice cream. The milkshakes, my friend and I were out of this world. I definitely will be returning when I'm back in fair lawn.

Great Ice Cream Terrible Ownership High Prices Store Is Dated I enjoy Haggen Dazs however in this case, your best choice is the supermarket. The hand packed to go ice cream and sorbet always have large voids on the bottom, they scoop up a few curls and use it as way to lift the top of your pint and not completely fill the container. This has happened on more then one occasion and from different staff members. Same with the cones, kind of a sneaky way to rip people off. Reviewer Mega M. got this one right. You pay a premium price for this brand and the use of this tactic is in bad taste, the owner should rethink his way of doing business. Smiling at me while you rip me off is insulting.

This is the reason they charge so much for so little. Fancy diamonds in their sprinkles

Too expensive. No comparison to Carvel in terms of taste for the same oreo cookie shake. The Dulce de Leche shake is pretty good. I asked them to exchange my shake twice because they used too much milk and the milk tasted sour. They were upset and carelessly made my replacement. Weird, because I come here pretty regularly and spend dollars at this pricey spot that I could be using to fund a strippers college books. I'm here weekly because of my son. The only way I can convince him not to come here is if I tell him I'm not his real father. Then I wouldn't have been able to write this awesome review

Ice cream is delicious, owners are nice. The inside isn't updated or modern but that would not discourage me from returning.

They also have a chocolate shop next door. When I walked inside of the bakery, I felt transported to a pastry shop in France. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was super busy. Service was quick and efficient. I ordered a latte and a scone. The scone was very delicious and fresh. My boyfriend ordered a frozen hot chocolate and a chocolate éclair. I tried a bit of the éclair and we both agreed that it was the star of the show. I normally am not a big éclair person but this one was so chocolatey and rich. It was filled with this creamy, fresh chocolate filling. I strongly dislike the store bought cream filling that they are usually piped with. We sat at one of the little tables on the sidewalk outside since the weather was nice. I will be back if I am in the area and in the mood for a sweet treat!

We snagged one as people were getting up. I got a napoleon and another dessert that was chocolate mouse with Carmel and a biscuit cookie on the bottom. It was soo good. Really fluffy but also creamy and rich. Highly recommend this place if you love chocolate! I spent near $30 for a small hot chocolate, a cookie, pastry and mini cake. So it is expensive! But worth it once in a while. And they have a bathroom in the back!

There are SO many different drinks to choose from that sometimes it takes a little extra time to figure out what you want. The inside of the cafe is SO cute and seriously, cozy. There is a back section of tables, and a few tables and comfy chairs in the front when you first walk in. I have been here a couple of times now, but wish I could visit more often. They do coffee flights and that is why they get 5 stars. I wish more coffee places would do flights. It's such a fun experience and it's so awesome to be able to try more than one coffee. I like to try all their fun and festive drinks. From girl scout cookie flavors to candy bars, to just a delicious Pistachio Latte. If I'm hungry I will also purchase the everything croissant with chive cream cheese. It is the *chefs kiss*. My daughter also loves the bakery items here. She will usually grab the chocolate croissant (warmed up of course). I also bought my son a cake pop last time, which he devoured. You really can't go wrong when you swing by CoZie Cafe. It has something for everyone!

I'm well known in Girl Scout cookie circles across the country, for all the wrong reasons. Cookies show up out of nowhere at my door every year at the holidays and ridiculous sums of money are withdrawn from my brittle bank account without my knowledge. Don't know how, should probably care but don't. I take life seriously but not too seriously. I take myself seriously but not too seriously. That my friends is what I'm coining the Serious Sanity Scale. Serious Sanity Scale in a nutshell. The ideal overachievers of folks take themselves seriously and life seriously. However, they don't take themselves or life too seriously. This is a key difference, one to think about, I don't have the time to define it. I care about it enough to present but not to describe. Then there are others, who don't take themselves or life seriously enough. A crowd that wouldn't even know they were within a crowd of similar individuals. There are some that strive or pretend to be like this, but this style of living is innate, if you ask me. And it is typically temporary, like the tubbyness of my tummy. Or so I try to convince myself. It's been years. When will it disappear. Where are my abs. Underneath? Or uncapturable. Stop it tubby nobody cares about the never ending lint in your bustling belly button. Anyways, back to cookies. I kuddled up with the Keebler leprechaun for 4 straight semesters abroad in Northern Ireland. We basically lived at Sainsbury's grocery. He still calls me hear and there, good guy, the reason I'm known as El Grande Fudge Lover. I was the first man to call Amos, famous. Nutter Butter was my nickname in HS. I dated Mrs. Fields until I tasted her overly sugary mess of a cookie. My pet mule paco's favorite toy is my life size Little Debby doll... anyways. Hands Down Cookies is hands down a great addition to Bergen County. Sweets make me sweat. They get me antsy. Butterflies in the tummy. Bite the lip energy. Eye contact so strong that both parties feel they've violated each other. Ya feel me? Anyways... get the chunkier chocolate chip not the thinner one. The chunker? 9.2. Yup. So chocolatey, so tasty. Have confirmed this over multiple tastes, tried and true. They have a different few everytime I end up going. Some duds but a lot of studs, such as the apple crumb punk in the image I blessed you with. I hope they get a ton of business but I'm usually the only one in there. I do go at odd hours so maybe I'm unaware of their popularity. What am I doing with my life. Who am I? What will I become... all things I'll focus on at another time. My focus right now is on getting YOU, my lovely reader, out to Hands Down Cookies on Goffle Road. A truly great and unique cookie collection. Linguini leaves you semi-entertained but fully-educated.
