Our roof Foreman Omar was fantastic. He went above and beyond to give us installation expectations and was able to communicate potential work order changes needed to bring our roof up to code. Omar also went above and beyond to work with helping clean up our neighbor's yard. There was windy weather that blew some of our material into their yard which didn't go unnoticed. We didn't know this till after roof completion and our neighbors were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the guys working. Our project Manager Johnathan was also a great source of help through this process and was very understanding and sympathetic to our unfortunate unknowns that needed to be fixed. From start to finish he was able to walk us through the difficult navigation of cost and what absolutely needed to be fixed right. He was direct, knowledgeable, and able to work through the hard conversations with us as owners and we greatly appreciated all the help we received. We received an all new roof, gutters, downspouts, and lots of wood work to bring everything up to code. We were impressed with all of their work from start to finish and extremely impressed with the finished results.

I was quoted what I think was a very fair price especially for the height and size of home. The workers showed up 10 min early and quickly got to work and spent around 3 hours methodically clearing and cleaning the gutters and sealing up edges as we agreed upon. In fact, while on the roof, they noticed two cracked tiles and showed me photos. They'll be coming back to fix those next week at a reasonable price. They even gave a warranty on the work - though now I need it to rain to test out the clean gutters and sealing. I have no doubts though on their work. This experience from start to finish is exactly how business should go. Responsive, fair and honest price, great work, good communication, and left the job site spotless. Moreover, the cause for drywall tape bubbling or cracking is almost always not enough mud under the tape or too much mud on top. This was not the professional job I expected.
