So this is the first time I ever had to look for a cleaning service. My husband & brother in law had a drinking debate one night and my brother in law lost. Also he could not hold his liquor and vomited on my couches ‍ We tried to clean it up but the smell would not go away. Started googling cleaning service and was looking for someone to do it the same day and low price. Found a business that was able to do it for $80 for an oversized loveseat & recliner and same day and i was impressed but i still shopped around. Then i came across HydroCare Services and spoke to Michel. I informed him my couch and recliner stinks and need someone to clean and get the smell out, he said no problem. He quoted me and was more than the $80 i was quoted by the other guy, but Michel asked if this guy uses shampoo or just steam? i had no clue because i didn't ask. Michel informed me that only using water and heat would not take out the smell or the bacteria, but Michel stated he uses a shampoo that can do just that. I called the other guy back and asked and sure enough he only uses steam and didn't know what i was talking about when i mentioned shampoo. I immediately called Michel back and asked if he could come same day and he was able to work something out and helped out on the cost. Michel did a fantastic job and my couch and recliner smells amazing. I can finally sit on my couch and recliner thanks to Michel from HydroCare Services. I will be using their services for our carpets when it is time to get them clean. read more

I called HydroCare for my upholstery cleaning. I chose them because they were listed as number 1 for the Phoenix area on Yelp. After having them clean my upholstery, I agree that they deserve this ranking. I talked with Michel, Joe, and Patrick. I had called them more than once to have questions answered. Each time I received answers I needed. Each time I was quoted the same price. There was no adding or changing or playing with the numbers. Michel called when he was on the way like I asked. He arrived during the time he said he would. Michel, Joe, and Patrick came and were very courteous and very professional. They were efficient but took the time that each piece needed to have them cleaned. They did a great job. I was VERY happy with the job that did. The quote I was given over the phone was the price I paid. NO added or surprise "extras". I definitely recommend HydroCare for upholstery work to anyone that needs it done. read more

We found Hydro Care off of Amazon local. We have a 9 month old puppy who is still having trouble with potty training. We were embarrassed by the condition of our carpets and expected an extra charge for the urine stains. These guys showed up on the original appointment scheduled and took a thorough examination of our carpets and let us know what treatments we actually needed to do. They told us the deal we got on Amazon would only make the smell worse and they refused to do anything to the carpets without having us fully aware of what actually needed to be done. So we rescheduled for a week later. They came back today right on time. They were again extremely professional and very friendly. Our carpets look amazing and all the stains have been removed. They then gave me an extremely affordable quote to clean our sectional couch. I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone and calling them when I need them next! read more

We've used a couple of different carpet cleaners over the years years and haven't been entirely satisfied.I went on Angies List and reviewed what was available. After reading the reviews we decide on Hydrocare Services. I called Tuesday to schedule and appointment. and they were able to have Patrick here the very next day. Patrick is a hard, fast working young man who did a great job.The carpets have never looked so good since they were put in fifteen years ago. The scheduled time he was to be at our home was between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick called us at least three times to give us a heads up on his ETA.It turned out it would be closer to 2:00 than 12:00.That freed us to leave and get back in time. That is appreciated. We certainly made the right choice when we decided on Hydrocare Services. 08/25/2016 Richard and Donna read more

These guys are amazing. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with us due to a moving conflict. Both men were professsional and efficient and had 5 rooms plus the main hallway done in less than an hour. Gadi came to our Glendale home and made all of our carpets look brand new after the home had been rented to tenants. The results were more than we could have asked for and the price was extremely fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Thank you HydroCare Services for getting our carpets looking like new. Not only did they clean all of the carpets, they also cleaned our 5-piece sectional before they left. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and will be calling these guys back next time. read more

I found out about HydroCare services through Groupon. We had moved in to our house not too long ago, and we had never had the carpet cleaned. The staff were very courteous from the beginning. They worked with me to schedule a time best for me, and also kept in contact about a time slot earlier in the day that opened up that worked out even better for me. They carefully calculated the costs and explained them thoroughly, and were never pushy about anything. They were also very prompt, finishing the job in a 3,000+ sq ft house in about 2 hours. These are honest guys who do great work in cleaning tile and carpet, I would recommend them to anyone, I will for certain be using them again. read more

This is the 2nd time I have used HydroCare for my upholstery cleaning in Glendale. The first time was blindly, as I bought a Groupon. Both times 5 star service. They booked the appointment for a convenient time and showed up with they said they were going to...seems simple enough, but I've had other companies that can't even get that part right. Both times they have been prompt, fairly priced and have done a great job! Michel is very friendly as are his partners Joe & Patrik. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I will continue using them and will definitely refer them to any of my friends and family who needs carpet, tile or upholstery cleaning. Thank you guys! :) read more

My sister and I moved out and got the 5 room special. This place was amazing. Not only did we get a great deal on the service but the carpets look brand new. This company was professional, the carpet tech was on time, efficient, personable, and recommended options to make the carpet look like new. I have moved 12 times in my life and can tell you that this company is the best I have worked with and the results are get your cleaning deposit back worthy. Make sure if you call to schedule ask for Patrik without a C. He goes above and beyond, which is a rare find these days. Thank you HydroCare. read more

I contacted 10 cleaning services for a move-out cleaning. I needed carpet, tile, and house cleaning. HydroCare Services was the first to respond, afterhours too, and provided a quick estimate. On the day of cleaning, a cleaning crew showed up on-time and motivated to work hard. They did a great job, cleaned 1,100 square feet of tile and grout, 4 carpet rooms, and a 3,600 square feet house. The crew was pleasant to be around and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was below most of the competition. Overall great service, I highly recommend their services. read more

Moved to the Scottsdale area about 6 months ago. The place I moved into desperately needed carpet cleaning. Found the company through Groupon and decided to give it a try after reading the positive reviews. They also have good reviews on yelp as well. I double check all review sources my carpets came out fantastic!!!! I was very pleased with the services provided. They also provide AIR DUCT cleaning services which was pleasant surprise. I was able to have my carpets and my AIR DUCT cleaned by the same company convenient , reliable and professional. Highly recommended. read more

Patrick was just here to do two large rooms in our home. Living room downstairs, master bedroom upstairs. He was prompt, calling before my service window time, and showing up when he said he would. He offered a few extra services, explaining each one without trying to over sell me on anything he knew wasn't necessary. The whole process took about 2 hours. And he was as professional as any one could ask for. Everything looks and smells a whole lot better already. When it comes time to clean more carpets they will be the first we call. read more

Michel and Patrick from Hydrocare Services are here at my home in Glendale cleaning and servicing my carpets. They are very professional and courteous. They called before they arrived at the appointed time. We went over everything and Michel explained, in detail, what they would do and what should be done. We agreed on the costs and they have done a terrific job! My sister referred them to me and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone!! I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them!!! read more

So they said 11-1...and then Joe and Michel arrive at 10:59 to my Scottsdale home. Great start! First, we did a quick site walk at which time they confirmed that the price they quoted me had not changed...Then something strange happened. They didn't try and sell me a whole bunch of upgrades. Talk about refreshing to have a business, show up on time and deliver the services promised, at the price promised. Being in the real estate industry, these guys will be my new go to for an affordable professional service. Thanks read more

The best carpet cleaning in Phoenix. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Michel of HydroCare Services puts in to his work. There are a dime a dozen carpet cleaners out there, but when it comes to quality carpet and floor cleaning, there are very few that actually do the work that is required. But HydroCare Services really does care. Michel came in and did an amazing job and with a smile too! I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work this company offers. I give 5 stars. read more

This company is amazing. They were recommended to me by my regular plumber when my sewage line backed up. Their agent, Soro, came the same day I called and took photos of the problem (big problem), and his team dug and repaired my line the next day. No one would ever know that there has been a 3 or 4 foot trench in my front yard. You cannot tell that the landscaping has been touched. Not only was the job done beautifully, Soro was totally professional, helpful, informative, and polite..... read more
