So this is the first time I ever had to look for a cleaning service. My husband & brother in law had a drinking debate one night and my brother in law lost. Also he could not hold his liquor and vomited on my couches ‍ We tried to clean it up but the smell would not go away. Started googling cleaning service and was looking for someone to do it the same day and low price. Found a business that was able to do it for $80 for an oversized loveseat & recliner and same day and i was impressed but i still shopped around. Then i came across HydroCare Services and spoke to Michel. I informed him my couch and recliner stinks and need someone to clean and get the smell out, he said no problem. He quoted me and was more than the $80 i was quoted by the other guy, but Michel asked if this guy uses shampoo or just steam? i had no clue because i didn't ask. Michel informed me that only using water and heat would not take out the smell or the bacteria, but Michel stated he uses a shampoo that can do just that. I called the other guy back and asked and sure enough he only uses steam and didn't know what i was talking about when i mentioned shampoo. I immediately called Michel back and asked if he could come same day and he was able to work something out and helped out on the cost. Michel did a fantastic job and my couch and recliner smells amazing. I can finally sit on my couch and recliner thanks to Michel from HydroCare Services. I called HydroCare for my upholstery cleaning. I chose them because they were listed as number 1 for the Phoenix area on Yelp. After having them clean my upholstery, I agree that they deserve this ranking. I talked with Michel, Joe, and Patrick. I had called them more than once to have questions answered. Each time I received answers I needed. Each time I was quoted the same price. There was no adding or changing or playing with the numbers. Michel called when he was on the way like I asked. He arrived during the time he said he would. Michel, Joe, and Patrick came and were very courteous and very professional. They were efficient but took the time that each piece needed to have them cleaned. They did a great job. I was VERY happy with the job that did. We found Hydro Care off of Amazon local. We have a 9 month old puppy who is still having trouble with potty training. We were embarrassed by the condition of our carpets and expected an extra charge for the urine stains. These guys showed up on the original appointment scheduled and took a thorough examination of our carpets and let us know what treatments we actually needed to do. They told us the deal we got on Amazon would only make the smell worse and they refused to do anything to the carpets without having us fully aware of what actually needed to be done. So we rescheduled for a week later. They came back today right on time. They were again extremely professional and very friendly. Our carpets look amazing and all the stains have been removed. I was moving out of my large, 4 bedroom home in Arizona for a cross country move. I spent 12 years at my house (4 college years), and really enjoyed my time. When I needed to move, I desperately needed the carpets cleaned. HydroCare Services has a lot of great reviews so I went with them. They were able to show up within 2 days of my request, and cleaned every inch of carpet to perfection. They were also reasonably priced. As I was getting ready to clean my house with my normal service, Gena mentioned that they also clean homes. I was hesitant at first, however they told me that they do a very thorough cleaning (behind fridge, cupboards, etc). I decided to go with them, and they did not dissapoint. We've used a couple of different carpet cleaners over the years years and haven't been entirely satisfied.I went on Angies List and reviewed what was available. After reading the reviews we decide on Hydrocare Services. I called Tuesday to schedule and appointment. and they were able to have Patrick here the very next day. Patrick is a hard, fast working young man who did a great job.The carpets have never looked so good since they were put in fifteen years ago. The scheduled time he was to be at our home was between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick called us at least three times to give us a heads up on his ETA.It turned out it would be closer to 2:00 than 12:00.That freed us to leave and get back in time.That is appreciated. These guys are amazing. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with us due to a moving conflict. Both men were professsional and efficient and had 5 rooms plus the main hallway done in less than an hour. Gadi came to our Glendale home and made all of our carpets look brand new after the home had been rented to tenants. The results were more than we could have asked for and the price was extremely fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. I found out about HydroCare services through Groupon. We had moved in to our house not too long ago, and we had never had the carpet cleaned. The staff were very courteous from the beginning. They worked with me to schedule a time best for me, and also kept in contact about a time slot earlier in the day that opened up that worked out even better for me. They carefully calculated the costs and explained them thoroughly, and were never pushy about anything. They were also very prompt, finishing the job in a 3,000+ sq ft house in about 2 hours. I contacted 10 cleaning services for a move-out cleaning. I needed carpet, tile, and house cleaning. HydroCare Services was the first to respond, afterhours too, and provided a quick estimate. On the day of cleaning, a cleaning crew showed up on-time and motivated to work hard. They did a great job, cleaned 1,100 square feet of tile and grout, 4 carpet rooms, and a 3,600 square feet house. Patrick was just here to do two large rooms in our home. Living room downstairs, master bedroom upstairs. He was prompt, calling before my service window time, and showing up when he said he would. He offered a few extra services, explaining each one without trying to over sell me on anything he knew wasn't necessary. The whole process took about 2 hours. This company is amazing. They were recommended to me by my regular plumber when my sewage line backed up. Their agent, Soro, came the same day I called and took photos of the problem (big problem), and his team dug and repaired my line the next day. No one would ever know that there has been a 3 or 4 foot trench in my front yard. You cannot tell that the landscaping has been touched.
