I was sick as a dog (semaglutide), called and they said I could come right in. I was literally throwing up while the IV was being set up. The NP stopped, gave me a quick injection of Zofran, an ice pack for my neck and cold washcloth for my head. In no time i was reclining in a dimly lit, quiet room and started feeling better. Shout out to Heidi S. for hipping me to this place! I was at a point in my life when I needed a change in how I received nutrients and Hydrate Me fit the pill. What's interesting is that reading Heidi's review wasn't the first time I heard about Hydrate Me (HM) but everything I knew about it presented it as a place to go to recover for hangovers. When I read Heidi's review and realized there is so much more to Hydrate Me I went to their website and was blown away by what I read! They offer all sorts of IV drips that cover an array of issues. My first visit was the day before I was leaving for a week long road trip and I was fighting of pneumonia and a nasty bug. I didn't want to cancel my trip so I decided to go to HM because, well, TBH, I was desperate, lol. HM is open on both Saturday and Sunday which is just amazing. I rolled through on Saturday and was greeting by Gabby who is such a doll! She was so helpful and answered all my questions about the entire process. The interior design is an electric modern twist and there are several seating styles to choose from. Getting hooked up the IV was a relatively pain-free as well. I felt much better after my IV and was able to head out the next day on my vacation. YASSSSSS. I've been back to HM several times since then and must say every single employee has been incredibly helpful and they're all SOOOO passionate about what they are doing here. I can't even describe how much I love this place! The service is amazing and it's always super clean inside. I usually get the anti-aging vitamin IV and it leaves my skin glowing as well as gets rid of winter dryness. I also started getting my Botox done here and I will never go anywhere else. SHORT ANSWER: It's great! Just go! I visited HM while I was in town over the holidays. I was feeling rundown and have done IV therapies in other places I've lived like South Florida and Northern and Southern Cal where there are a lot of these services. I was so impressed! The place is very clean, and the environment is relaxing and comfortable and is staffed with friendly professionals. I am a nurse, so I notice techniques and processes, and everything about this place is top-notch! I got the IV push called Core Vitality. It took about 60 seconds, and I started feeling better in 30 minutes. My mom even said something about my "glow." The effects lasted about a week. I was so pleased that I took my mother back for a hydration IV bag and an IV push the next day. I highly recommend the IV bag if you have the time to sit and enjoy it. The IV lounge is furnished with Eames chairs and TVs. Take earbuds if you want to avoid the TV and listen to your own stuff. My mom and I have small veins, but Jodie did it quickly and painlessly for both of us! My mom was also nervous and needs everything explained to her, and Jodie was patient and kind with her and very accommodating. The treatment is pricy, but HM's prices are right in line with other IV therapies. And trust me--you can drink all the $12 green juice you want, but your body won't absorb the nutrients like IV therapy allows. Stopped in here with my boyfriend before an overseas trip. We just wanted something for an extra immunity boost that may also lessen jet lag. We both had a great experience. I called before going and the employee who answered was very polite. We didn't have an appointment we just walked in and the moment we came in the two employees working promptly greeted us and were very helpful as to what iv drip would be best. We were quickly set up with our drip and sat in a plush and comfortable seating area. There were plenty of places to sit with tvs and fluffy blankets if you get chilly. We were checked on to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. I would also love to refer all of my friends and family because the customer service here alone was five stars. I ultimately feel that our iv drips did help us greatly when we traveled. Our jetlag and energy compared to our friends on the trip seemed to be better and easier for us to get over. I also didn't get sick while overseas nor when I returned home weeks later, which I ALWAYS get sick. My absolute favorite new discovery in Columbus. Got ridiculously hungover and had no Gatorade or anything in the house to help. Made an appointment and was immediately taken in, given their medical questionnaire and asked about meds, medical history, etc. IV stick was easy peasy and painless.. and I'm one of those who hated being stuck by needles for IVs/blood draws (so that's how bad you can tell I felt by coming in). Went out to the main area and watched some HGTV while my Party drip went in. NP who administered the meds was great.. again, double checked med allergies and asked if I had taken any NSAIDs before coming in. Enjoyed it so much I added on a second regular bag. Left feeling 1000x better! Can not recommend it enough. Staff was wonderful, "medical area" was clean, well kept and sterile, and the seating and TVs made you comfortable and cozy while the IV dripped in. Absolutely a 5 star experience!
