Nice owners. Prices are comparable to any other massage place with member discounts. Nice, clean atmosphere. Owners treat everyone well.

Wow, where do I begin?! I was desperate for some back…read morerelief last week and I checked out yelp for the massage options in Gahanna. Adams name popped up with 5 solid stars and I was immediately intrigued. His reviews were amazing, for very good reason. Then i saw his prices, for a second I thought this was too good to be true but the reviews were persuading enough for me to give him a call. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Very nice and professional on the phone. He was able to get me in the next day at my time preference. This was amazing. Adam's hands are meant for massage. They are strong and they know just the spots to hit. I had been extremely sore, from daily exercise and neck strain from reading. He spent ample time on whatever spots I asked. My soreness has improved tremendously since I had his massage a week ago. I did not feel nervous or weird around him at all, as a younger woman in a mans house getting a massage. It was a warm and relaxing environment and Adam was very laid back yet professional. There is no question that I am now a repeat customer. With his awesome promotions and flexibility, I may have found my masseuse to go to twice a month...amazing! Thank you so much, Adam! See you soon!

So. I have never had a massage before, and came to Yelp to find out where to go. Then I found this…read moreguy, and all his amazing reviews. I also happen to know a lot about serial killers and all that, but when someone else said that they chose to go to a strange man's house for a massage and take off their clothes and it was amazing, I believed that Internet stranger! And guess what, guys? Adam is amazing. It was the fastest hour of my life, and I nearly fell asleep. Adam knows how to put one at ease, not just with massage but with his demeanor. I will absolutely be back, and have recommended him to friends already. The fact the first one is only $25 is a huge selling point, and it was $25 well spent to say the least. I messaged him on Yelp and had a massage the next morning. (You may not want to start your day like this, turns out. I was way relaxed but sleepy afterwards, but got a great nap in later:) He is professional, kind, and was helpful to me as a first-timer. I couldn't recommend him more. Just go and let me know how it goes!

I have referred so many family members, friends, and coworkers to this place! I've been coming to…read morethe In The Bag Massage for years. They give true 60 minute massages not the "take 10 minutes to change out of your clothes massages." As if that wasn't good enough, their prices are amazing. Your first massage is $45, and their regular massages are $60. They are often running specials and if you see a massage tech, your massage is only $35. FOR AN HOUR MASSAGE. But wait. It's gets better. Why the name "in the bag?" you might wonder....? Because after your massage, the therapist hands you a brown paper bag with a bottle of water and a treat (usually chocolate, always delicious). There are no memberships. No annoying sales pitches. Just good people, giving good massages. They also regularly have gift card sales where you can save money. I've also worked with Ray, one of the owners when we scheduled two therapists to come into my work during a corporate event, and he's the nicest person ever. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

I have tried a wide variety of massage services in Central Ohio looking for the "right person." It…read moretook me many years before I found In the Bag Massage. Now I am telling you-they are the best!! No matter who you get there, you will not be disappointed. I see Lisa on a regular basis. Today I had Toni, and she is incredible, too! I was told that April, the owner, hires only the best professionals who really know what they're doing. Just had my massage session and feel so happy, relaxed and grateful. Give it a try! Thank me later.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Perfect way to end the day!

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

So I first was contemplating coming here when I saw the introductory rates, and scheduled a facial…read morewith Sierra and massage with Eileen when I first started getting occasional, but intense (8.7/10 pains) in my lower back after pulling a muscle. As someone who rarely had chronic pain I almost was certain it was a herniated disc bc of how swollen the skin and screwed up my posture was. I could actually feel each muscle so taut in my back I could feel where each knot was from a light touch. It didn't hurt day to day but any quick turn or head tilt would make me actually see my life flash from such a jolting shock of a pain that didn't go away after 2-3 months; if anything it seemed to get more and more tensed. Toss in the facial because my skin has been permanently flaking from the winter and here I am; This was the place with earliest availability--- and by far, fairest rates (despite still being out of my pocket range). I almost regretted walking in as the energy was so soft hums and more "zen vibes equals internal peace" then medical practice. To be far, it is listed as a spa and not a clinic. But anyways, it was very nice and registration/check in has been very short ~5 minutes. Despite filling out some preinfo, a lot of the questions were reasked before I was walked through what I should expect. Basically, change into a cableknit robe, undershirt, and slippers. Then get comfy on the table and they would handle the rest. Lights were dimmed for the massage, but on for the facial. Overall, both girls were friendly, outgoing but not intense. They were understanding that it was my first time at a spa, yet moved with confidence and good communication. That said during the treatment I was a bit disappointed at how lackluster both seemed initally. "An hour massage" barely hit 40 minutes in reality even with the clothes change; and it wasn't like they were entirely behind schedule. It was pleasant, but not quite the immediate relief I expected. I was hoping to be kneeded painfully and feel better via distractive methods. Same with the facial-- I felt refreshed but not significantly different-- to the point that I was questioning if they were students. My pores were scraped and extracted and I had a ton of warm towels that made my body permanently lethargic (but gave me more energy later in the day). All in all, each of the girls were nice and checked in on my experience a lot, yet it was neither amazing nor bad. Just fine. I think the reason for my lukewarmness is it felt like they were super experienced, but could only use a quarter of their skills. (Like using a 100 in 1 pressure cooker only as a steamer or something.) That said, while the rates seemed cheaper then nearby, I'd say the experience was-- while reasonable did not seem completely inviting. But that said about 4-5 days later, I wasn't planning to leave a review when I randomly noticed. Not only is my skin more balanced now (no additional product used yet), but the pain has dissipated almost completely. My back is still a little stiff, but I noticed a significant improvement on mobility (i.e. being able to sneeze without pain, turning atleast 15 degrees in one continuous motion). I was warned of soreness and told to ice, but didn't even though I asked them up their pressure/harshness. More importantly, the inflammation is completely gone. I'm convinced to go back.

Everyone was very professional. The spa is extremely clean. They even have a panic button on the…read moretable if you need someone to come in if your massage therapist is making you uncomfortable.
