Upon my arrival I was kindly greeted by Kylie who checked me in. After completing a few pages of paperwork, I was given a brief tour of the facility and directed to my sauna. It was a very relaxing session and I highly recommend to those needing a good detox. Secondly we were never asked what type of massages we wanted. Both therapists proceeded to manhandle us with extreme deep tissue massages when we were looking for relaxing swedish massages. I have never had a massage where I was in pain and about in tears during and felt more tense afterwards. It was requested twice during the session to go lighter on the pressure and it was ignored.
