After having a great experience the first time, I decided to schedule another massage. The second time I came here, it was not a great experience. My masseuse seemed inexperienced, didn't really target any of my knots, and kept repeating the same movements over and over again. She also did things on one side of my body that she didn't do to the other side - like hitting one of my feet but not the other. I got medium pressure, but due to the repeated motion, my back ended up being SORE the next few days to the point that any contact HURT. Even my towel touching my skin after I showered hurt so bad. I frequently get massages and this one was just not it. The price was great but I don't think I'll be back. read more

Took my boyfriend here for a couples massage (his first, but I've had several in the past) and I was SOOOO pleased! We started with 15min in the sauna (complementary!) and then had the 60min massage. HEAVENLY. The masseuses were very professional & communicated with us about what they were doing/whether the pressure was okay. I like my massages along the firmer/deeper side & my masseuse did NOT disappoint - I feel like a new woman! I would definitely recommend Alice to anyone who wants to unwind either solo or with a partner. Scheduling was super easy & the location was simple to find. My ONLY recommended improvement would be the noise level - there isn't really a thick partition between the entryway & the massage room, so you could hear if people came in and out. What a JOKE! I purchased a Groupon for a 45 minute foot reflexology. It was under the name Alice Massage Studio. When I went to schedule...over a month BEFORE the expiration date...I was told (via text since their voicemail was full & they didn't answer their phone) that it was no longer good. It's now called Alice Massage (new owners with the same name?!?) & any Groupon that had 'studio' at the end of the name was no longer good. Supposedly changed their name. What a SCAM. They did offer the same price...but now I have the money wrapped up in a Groupon credit & would have to pay additional money. Nope...not going there. read more

First visit today - I loved the ambiance as soon as i walked in. There's peaceful music playing throughout and the owners are so kind. I did the sauna and then an hour massage. Everything was great and so relaxing. A few things that set this experience apart from other places I've been - having a sauna to relax muscles before (and the towels are SUPER fluffy and nice), they included hot stones in my massage at no extra charge, and they used a heated wet cloth to clean the oil off my back after it was done (which is brilliant). I bought a Groupon, but their prices are so reasonable I don't really even need one. Will be returning soon! read more

At first the decor seemed promising, but pretty soon after our couples massage began we knew the masseuse were distracted; my wife's didn't really give her the pressure she wanted and skipped one part of her back entirely. Then the two masseuses in our room began to argue with each other. Eventually, it felt as if they really didn't care about the atmosphere they were creating. I had a relaxing experience today. I used the Groupon package that included sauna, foot massage, and back massage. The sauna was relaxing and helped loosen me up before massage. The back massage was really effective. The massage therapist applied sufficient pressure and also used a variety of techniques including hot stone. I will definitely return and get a different package. The back massage was great but my neck and shoulder didn't get much attention. Next time I'll probably focus getting my back, neck, and shoulder massaged since my feet don't need as much attention. read more

I had a combo massage for the first time at Alice today with Lina and it was the best body massage I've had in a very very long time!! We had booked a couples massage, that included a sauna, reflexology, and back massage. I will have to say that this was a great experience! I walked into "Alice Massage " in so much pain and discomfort. All day I had been searching for somewhere to go, but there aren't any places that accept walk ins. I was able to text and make an appointment. I was asked if a male masseuse was alright to which I agreed . When I walked in, the masseuse himself asked if it was ok that he massaged me. I showed him all my problem areas and he took care of them , making sure to ask if I was comfortable and if the pressure he was applying was ok. I received a full body massage for a great price and by full body I mean even my head, forehead and temples were taken care of. He also used hot stones which is something I had never experienced and now that I have I will always always incorporate it! Overall this is the best massage I have EVER received and I will be back in the next few weeks. I will be telling everyone about this place! Shawn is who gave me my massage and he was so sweet , kind, intentional and attentive. He knows what he is doing . Cece was very sweet as well! This is officially my new massage place.
