That said, this massage would not be for someone who can't handle a deep tissue. The massage therapist was clearly inexperienced and not actually performing massage, and just pressing down on my body and my spine and organs. I have given him direct feedback multiple times during service so this will not be a surprise. I recommend that they actually send their massage folks to get massage education and learn the muscles, direction of said muscles, and stop harming people. They also should be washing the pillows and ALL linens including the massage chair/beds thoroughly. very disgusted by how dirty the circle pillow they wanted me to put my face down in, smelled.
