I want to call out Ashton specifically-she's listens well, takes good notes and offers great recommendations for after the massage. Her voice is so calming & she understands when I'm in a talking mood or if I just want to relax. There's plenty of parking as well. I won't go to anyone else. Highly recommend.

I suffered a…read moreTraumatic Brain Injury many years ago and really need therapeutic massage and other kinds of therapy to remain drug and surgery free to have a normal life. I was never expected to function as well as I do today and it is all thanks to the more holistic health care I get with Modality. Aimee has introduced sound bowls and sound tuning forks that produce sounds and vibrations that reduce inflammation and help to calm my brain from sending bad messages to muscles in my body. It is truly a gift to have calmness restored in my body without resorting to medications that are toxic to kidneys, liver and other parts of the body and additionally I have no side effects that cause discomfort either! Aimee has taken the time to explain the process, help me to acquire tools that allow me to then be able do some therapy on myself between sessions. Aimee's long background in numerous techniques helps her to find the ways that specifically help you, based on your unique needs for relief. Like shoes, one size does not fit all, but a willingness to try some thing new can open doors that, at least for me, I thought would never open. I eagerly look forward to each session, and they continue to make a tremendous difference in my life.

A couple years ago, I was visiting the…read moreMassage location (I used to go there several times but not anymore), and the LMT assigned for me cancelled, hence a MALE LMT, I would NEVER forget his name: James (unsure of his last), was in placed. He's African American, maybe late 30-40s, around 5'10", he touched me inappropriately. He placed what I believe his vital part on my palm when I was on my stomach. I remember, I froze and didn't know what to do and very scared, I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable, while he continued his "therapy". When he finally done, he left my room, and I didn't see his face afterward. I called and spoke with my attorney friend of this, immediately and was able to calm down. But I've NEVER since returned to this location EVER AGAIN. That man is a pervert! I regret that I didn't call the police at that time.

When I asked for the manager or owner to see what had changed she claimed she was the owner. They look for any excuse to charge your credit card for no reason. I would pass them up and move on to another reputable consistent professional service.

After my session, I showered and changed and Kylie informed me that I had another free session due to the unexpected cancelation. Overall, this facility is so clean, calm, and welcoming. My experience at Mindful Moments has completely changed how I view massage therapy!…read more In the past I never would have thought about using massage for everyday wellness. I viewed it as something you treated yourself to on vacation lol. I was so wrong! Massage, done by the right person, can help everyday health issues. I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. The dizziness was starting as was the pain down my neck and the back of my skull. The pressure was terrible! I was heading down the path to a sinus infection ugh. I felt like if I could just rub my face enough it would loosen up. Then the light bulb went off. Could a massage help this ? Is there a sinus massage ? YES and YES! I called my friend Rachel at Mindful Moments. She got me in the next morning and over 24 hours later I am still headache free! Admittedly I was worried about having a head that hurt worked on -but once she started it was Glorious!!! In about 30 min I started to decongest ! Consider adding Rachel to your wellness routine! I'm glad I did.

I suffer from chronic back pain and, even though I'm a smaller woman, I need real pressure. Most places are way too gentle, and I often leave feeling worse from lying in one position for so long without anyone actually getting into the knots that cause my pain. That was not the case here. This was a true deep-tissue massage that was targeted, intentional, and thorough. Every tight muscle, kink, and knot was worked through with care and strength. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and actually relieved instead of stiff and sore. And the price? An hour-long full-body massage for $60 is honestly unreal considering the time, energy, and attention they put into each session. I'm already trying to figure out how to make this my new weekly ritual. If you want real results and not a surface-level spa rub, this place is it.
