Prenatal massage with Barb was AMAZING. I had a one hour prenatal massage for my birthday. It was $85 total, including tax. Worth the price since it was apart of my birthday weekend, but probably won't want to pay that again. Barb was the sweetest and worked on all my tight muscles. The massage table had pop outs for my pregnant belly, and breasts! It was very comfortable, I didn't want it to end. They offer many other massages and cupping. A most AWESOME experience! I called (as an out of town visitor who'd injured her back) and they were able to fit me in. Michael gave an incredible deep tissue massage then Dr. G adjusted me. I have been to Massage Mi a handful of times for either a Prenatal or Swedish massage. I had Jasmine this last time for my 60min prenatal massage (I'm 37wks) and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, kind and really made me feel at ease. She even recommended a lotion spray I could find online for lower back pain that comes with pregnancy. This was such a great place! They were so accommodating in getting us scheduled when we reached out last minute. We got the couples massage and were so pleased with the ambiance and atmosphere of the room. The very moment I walked in the front door of Massage Mi I felt transported into a small world of wonder and peace. Exactly what I was hoping to find nearby my office in Dublin. My service was deep tissue massage and was much needed and delivered. My escape was the Polynesian Tiki Hut room, small babbling fountain and super environs. Looking on line at the other "ROOM" offerings,.....I've got to get back for ZEN GARDEN, for sure. Masseuse Helen (i hope i am correct with that name) applied strength to my muscles, breaking down the tissue in hearty fashion. I could have asked for her to "tone down" but the hurt was too good. Upon completion, I spent a short bit of time speaking with the owner, Dr. Liana Goetz, who herself told me she specializes in shoulder rehabilitation (something I need work with). My impression of Dr. Goetz is she cares a great deal about her business because she asked my opinion, listened and exchanged some tales. Dr. Goetz wants to retain business and I've always found sales is listening. Good on you, Dr. Goetz. The foyer/lobby area, too, is an extension of the relief and substance of Massage Mi. I had a 60 min Swedish massage and it was so so. The woman that massaged me (Helen) really made it apparent that she either didn't want to massage me or she is new to giving massages. I don't want to feel cold hands on me without warning... She also put hot towels on my back without warning me. I said I wanted a full body massage and didn't get my shoulders massaged either. I give it two stars because for the short time that she massaged my back, that was the only technique done well. read more
