The front lobby and massage rooms are pretty plain but are equipped with everything they need. If you're looking for a more luxurious experience, then you may want to look elsewhere. As for the quality of the massage, I was very happy with it so if you're just looking for a good massage, that's reasonably priced then I would suggest elements. Brittany applied the perfect amount of pressure and checked in frequently throughout the massage.
