My brother bought massages on Groupon for my mother and I, 6pm appointment and Google Maps warned me it would be closed by that time but we already had the appointment so we went anyway. Front door was locked, no signage for the company on any of the floors a lady that worked there had never heard of this spa. I tried so hard to give the small business the benefit of the doubt but I got cancelled on 3 times before I finally just asked for a refund. The first cancellation she said she had strep throat, which happens, I get it. The second time she *tried* to move my appointment because her son was starting school and she was changing her hours? But she only told me the day before and she changed her mind last minute and let me keep my appointment time. The last cancellation was 35 minutes before my appointment and I was already on my way. She texted and told me she was 2 hours away stuck in traffic? The whole situation was just dealt with in a very unprofessional manner unfortunately. And I still didn't get a massage at the end of it! :( The website is also very confusing to navigate. I called the number under Groupon and it said it was disconnected and so texting was the only method of communication we had. And to set an appointment, I had to make a $25 deposit, even though I already paid under Groupon, which I thought was weird. The whole experience was really frustrating and hopefully this review will help others to not waste their time too.
