Dr Ding is absolutely amazing! He asks a lot of questions and is great about addressing symptoms of all kinds. Prior to getting pregnant, he helped me with getting my body stronger and healthier as well as providing suggestions for food and other ways to increase my chances. I'm now about 10 1/2 weeks and he is helping me stay pregnant as well as assist with my physical symptoms and anxiety. Because I was previously on migraine medications that I have not been able to take, he has been able target those areas and it's helped a ton. My nausea has also improved. Dr Ding is great at adjusting his treatments to suit your personal needs. He is also very kind and seems to genuinely want to help. He also practices Tui Na (pronounced "twee na") has some similarities to a Deep Tissue Massage, and uses kneading, chopping and stretching motions to relieve sore points and blockages in the body's muscular system. The only reason she messaged me is she's angry I gave her a well deserved one star. After her conduct after my review I wished there was a way for ZERO stars. Also since she posted a comment about our messages talking about a 24 hour booking. I'll post a pic of her asking me to book for 2:30pm the SAME DAY. Didn't see any reviews but decided to give this small business a shot. Boy was I mistaken. I booked online for a 11:30 appointment and booking was very easy and fit my schedule perfectly so i thought why not, so I get in my car, drive 30 minutes to the business. The door is locked, I was 10 min early so I waited. Well 11:36 approaches and the owners number is on the door so I sent a text just to make sure the owner got my reservation. Her response was: yes it was done correct, however she wasn't available until 2:30. She wasn't feeling well and forgot to block off the times until she was in. Smh. I hope she feels better soon but that's just not got business. I want to give my business to small business owners every time I can but was extremely let down by this experience. I am not a fan of taking over the counter meds or any type of meds for pain & etc. I have always preferred the holistic route but I had never had acupuncture or cupping done but have heard of its healing benefits and figured i'd give it a try since yoga & the chiropractor were not solving all of my problems. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and the energy was very positive in there. It was also very clean everywhere in there. Both women (lady behind the desk & acupuncturist) were also very very sweet. As soon as I got taken to the room where I was going to be treated, doctor listened to my concerns and needs and was doing any and everything to make me feel comfortable and accommodated. She even went the extra mile to bring me extra pillows & play relaxing music so that I would feel more comfortable and peaceful. She was very gentle with me & always made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my procedure. I left out of there feeling so relaxed and the tension in my body eased. I have not had any back pain and scheduled an appointment to go right back the next week (this week.) I am so excited for my appointment and sad that I am moving out of Ohio because I will definitely miss this office!
