She also activated alot of pressure points in my face, skull, hands etc and that was unlike any other massage I've ever had. The pressure can feel intense for a brief moment but when she releases you just feel stress melting away. I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Unfortunately, those areas were barely addressed at all. Instead, the massage felt extremely rough and uncomfortable the entire time. Toward the end, it genuinely felt like I was being hit in the back of the head while he was working on my back. I typically always leave a tip, but in this case, I chose not to because I was unhappy with the service. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me back into the store to point out a sign stating that tips are recommended. I explained that tipping is optional and left.
