As my massage was prenatal, we ended up having separate rooms, but Cindy checked to make sure I didn't mind first, and we were totally fine with whatever setup worked best. Cindy made sure I had proper supports for laying down, and used a body pillow to hug while lying on my side when it was time to do my back. My aching joints felt so much better after the hour, and my husband's massage therapist was able to work out several tense knots for him as well; we both felt much more relaxed and less achy post-massage. Next time we decide to treat ourselves, we'll definitely come back to Body & Soul.

The massage is just as good if not better, for half the price! My husband and I went in for our first time for a couples massage. The office is located on the second floor and then they take you down to the first for the massage. If you are a first timer that have you go to the office first to fill out paper work and sign a waiver. Then we were taken down to the first floor. Our therapists were very friendly and professional. They asked a few questions to each individual to assess their needs. My therapist spent the entire hour working on my back, it's a first that I've ever got to tailor my massage that much to my meet my needs and desires. The only thing I can suggest is essential oils or some kind of scent to complete the experience. The music was relaxing, the massage was wonderful, the dim lighting was peaceful but I found myself wishing for a diffuser or scent massage oil. The cost is very reasonable. 115$ for a couples massage for 60 mins plus a 25$ tip. Cedar Falls was 200$ for pretty much the same thing and I felt the massage was better here at Touch Therapy. Definitely recommend and will use again!

He's African American, maybe late 30-40s, around 5'10", he touched me inappropriately. He placed what I believe his vital part on my palm when I was on my stomach. I remember, I froze and didn't know what to do and very scared, I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable, while he continued his "therapy". When he finally done, he left my room, and I didn't see his face afterward. I called and spoke with my attorney friend of this, immediately and was able to calm down. But I've NEVER since returned to this location EVER AGAIN. That man is a pervert! I regret that I didn't call the police at that time.

My brother bought massages on Groupon for my mother and I, 6pm appointment and Google Maps warned me it would be closed by that time but we already had the appointment so we went anyway. Front door was locked, no signage for the company on any of the floors a lady that worked there had never heard of this spa. My mother then received a text from my brother about how our appointment had been canceled. So all roads point to scam with this situation. Hopefully he can get his money back because this is bullshit.

I booked using Groupon and all the great reviews on Google are what sold me and I was really excited for my massage but it all ended up being a big waste of my time. I tried so hard to give the small business the benefit of the doubt but I got cancelled on 3 times before I finally just asked for a refund. The first cancellation she said she had strep throat, which happens, I get it. The second time she *tried* to move my appointment because her son was starting school and she was changing her hours? But she only told me the day before and she changed her mind last minute and let me keep my appointment time. The last cancellation was 35 minutes before my appointment and I was already on my way. She texted and told me she was 2 hours away stuck in traffic? The whole situation was just dealt with in a very unprofessional manner unfortunately. And I still didn't get a massage at the end of it! :( The website is also very confusing to navigate. I called the number under Groupon and it said it was disconnected and so texting was the only method of communication we had. And to set an appointment, I had to make a $25 deposit, even though I already paid under Groupon, which I thought was weird. The whole experience was really frustrating and hopefully this review will help others to not waste their time too.
