No frills setting, but good quality for deep tissue with hot stone. We were visiting from out of town and needed a massage. We called on a Saturday evening, and they were happy to accommodate us. The sheets and blankets are a little thin and scratchy, but my masseuse (a small Asian woman) was still able to dig deep into knots, using hot stones midway through. I took away one star for the fact that she had me uncovered for a good portion of the massage and I was COLD, and she was a little skimpy on oil/lotion so there was a lot of pulling on my skin; however my partner did not experience these issues. It might've been partly my fault for not speaking up when I was bothered. 60 min massage was $60; using credit card added tax $4.50 (but not if you use cash), but it was worth the convenience of not having to search out an ATM. Despite the slight discomforts, the massage did more than a "medical massage" I got the week prior. We'll probably come back next time we're in town and in need of massage. read more

I don't even know where to start with this review. Brian got me a Groupon here so that I could enjoy a one hour hot stone massage and RELAX!!! This experience was far from relaxing. Let's start with scheduling the appointment. Anytime I called their "business number" - I reached someone's cell phone voicemail. I called three times within a two week period before this person called me back. This person was extremely rude after knowing that I had a Groupon to redeem and told me to schedule my appointment online. Now, for my appointment. I walked in and a lady led me straight to the back. No greeting, no verifying my name or appointment. I told her that I had an appointment for 11, but she dismissed it as I then found out that she couldn't speak English. When she motioned for me to undress, I asked her if she could verify that my massage was for a hot stone massage since I don't like the deep tissue rubs nor kneading. They're extremely painful to me. She said hot stone twice, nodded her head yes, and then started massaging. The next 30 minutes were excruciatingly painful! There were no hot stones, she kneaded away at my neck and knots on my body so hard that I was constantly groaning and flinching my body, and she didn't understand when I told her to go softer or that certain areas were sore from her applying so much pressure. Someone in another room eventually told her to go softer in another language and she finally understood. I was seriously tempted to walk out...I was in that much pain. AFTER those 30 minutes...guess what she did?! She went and got the hot stones! The next 30 minutes were relaxing with the exception of her constantly saying that the stones were too hot. The last part of this review is my favorite and something that I have to laugh at. I gave the lady my Groupon and a (smaller than usual) tip as my experience hadn't been that great. She looked at me in disgust and showed the tip to the person next to her and laughed. I walked out. I will never return to Lily's again. I just had a 90 minute massage here by May. I asked for deep tissue and I definitely got that! This is not a fancy, scented oil, frou-frou kind of place, but if you want a massage that genuinely makes you feel better this is the place! I work as a nurse, on my feet for 12 hours a day and I have constant back and leg pain. After my massage I felt like a new person. It was painful at times, but from my experience with massage, that is the only way to get rid of deep muscle pain. Worth every penny! Thank you! read more

The first time I had a massage was great! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage by two ladies who knew how to massage our sore muscles. Unfortunately the second massage occurred two weeks later. A strange guy we have never seen before massaged me. I was uncomfortable by this but did not want to appear rude. Although he was not inappropriate he was it was not a good massage. He seemed to not be knowledgeable in how to give massages. I was left wondering who was this guy he definitely was not a masseuse. My wife and I went last month for our birthdays. I went back today after an 1800+ miles road trip this weekend. (I did the driving). The deep tissue and hot stone is amazing. I read some of the reviews about the customer service and can say it's no frills. I haven't been treated rudely, but it is no frills, come in, undress, and get your massage. But for the cost and the AMAZING quality, I'm okay it it. I'm hooked. Looking forward to trying their acupuncturist soon. read more

I found out that she went back to China to get more training in massage and then opened her own business at this location. Lily is very professional and excellent at massage. They told me they didn't accept the Groupon, but they'd give me the same rate. I cancelled the Groupon, went in for my appointment and they offered me the new customer special... I really wish there was an option for zero stars. Or negative stars. I can't even believe my experience with this business today. I made an appointment online for a "new client" with a special rate of $45 for 60 minutes. I arrived early and was told that that rate was only for new clients who had a Groupon, and that rate required a 24 hour advanced scheduling. I apologized for my confusion, and asked if I could do a 30 minute/$30 rate instead, and she agreed. She ked me to a room with another woman and barked at me to get undressed. In front of the woman. The massage was okay I suppose, but she was exceptionally unskilled, hurt me half the time, and got oil all throughout my hair and clothes. I was ready for it to be over early, which never happens. She paused and I understood something about 90 minutes. I declined, repeating 30 minutes only. She stood up and left the room. The original woman returned, saying I wanted an hour. I repeated our earlier conversation, and she said 30 minutes is $40. I told her what we had agreed earlier, 30/$30 and stated that's what's on the website. She said that price was only for making an appointment online. I said I did. She said I made the wrong type of appointment, and the masseuse already did 40 minutes, so she would charge me $40 for the 40 minutes. The masseuse was still trying to get me to stay, but I said I was for and got up from the table and started getting dressed. (I was still mostly nude on the table during the previous argument.) At the register, the masseuse was upset that I wanted to pay with a card, like it was a huge inconvenience. She entered $40,swiped my card, and turned the tablet to me to enter a tip with a big, expectant smile on her face. I clicked the "no tip" button, signed, submitted, and had the receipt emailed to me. I turned it back to her, and her smile quickly dissipated. I don't know Mandarin, but I'm fairly certain she was yelling at me for not leaving a tip. At that point, I was so done, so I left, shocked. It looked very much like she was trying to cancel or edit my charge so she could add a tip. I will be watching my account closely to see if she fraudulently changes my transaction. STAY AWAY! No words were spoken prior to massage (what type of massage I was looking for, pressure requests, Areas of concern etc) not even a hello. Then it got REAL WEIRD. Massage was done over the sheet, then the 'massage therapist' (a term used extremely loosely here) climbed on top of me, got on all fours and proceeded to "massage" my back. TWICE. Next was the walking on my back. With her feet. For an incredibly long, excruciating amount of time. She was small, but definitely not small enough to be climbing on top of people and walking on their backs for 20 minutes. Afraid to cause a scene and honestly, being a little scared for my life alone in there, I stayed quiet until the end. Which was concluded with a giant slap on both my butt cheeks.
