I used to come here regularly before I got a job out of state. Sheila was hands-down the best massage therapist who has worked on me. She was able to get rid of the knots, tension, and aches on my neck, shoulders, and lower back. I like her strong pressure which released aches and pain. This has been an awesome location and services are amazing. I would recommend for that reason alone. I booked an appointment on Yelp and received a notification of my appointment for a Sunday evening massage. I was so excited to get a little extra relaxation before I start the work week up again. I cancelled my Superbowl plans to make sure that I had time to fully enjoy my appointment. As I go to check in at the front window, I am asked multiple times if I am sure of my appointment time because they are closing. I show them my confirmation email from Yelp and they proceed to tell me that they no longer use that system to book. As you can imagine I am very very disappointed at this point. I wouldn't be able to get worked in and they offered to reschedule me. The whole purpose of me booking was because of the day available and the special that Yelp was offering. I went here the first time from a groupon. The second time with my mother because I needed her to experience the amazing massage and understand why I keep bragging about this place. The decor and ambiance leaves a lot to be desired hence the 4 stars.... the broad street location, the building is almost creepy, the Bexley location is definitely better but once Danielle started my massage all tension and worry went away. It is the best massage of my life! and I have had several. I felt like a new person. When I went with my mom I gave her Danielle and I too Olga who was nice and it was a pleasant massage but if you have the option. Danielle is the one to see! This company is not forthright in doing business! I needed a therapist certified through my insurance to do medical massages. My first visit I was told they were covered by my insurance. After the massage I was informed I would have to pay for the massage as the therapist I saw was not signed up to provide medical massages. The office manager Debbie said they would work on getting more staff certified. Once my therapist was certified they would run it through my insurance & reimburse me! The office manager told me it is near impossible to get paperwork filled out as the therapist only works part time. Bottom line, don't hold your breath! Save your money there are more reputable massage businesses in town! read more

I had a couples massage with Danielle and Melanie and I highly recommend taking advantage of the $79 groupon deal. It was my first massage and I was nervous before hand, but Melanie did a good job of relaxing me. The location was a bit difficult to find even with GPS but we came early and still waited about 20 minutes after our scheduled time to begin. Both women were professional, polite, and gave amazing massages. We are definitely going back. One piece of advise, make sure you remember to shave. I didn't think about it before but when she started rubbing my legs i felt very thankful that I happened to shave that day. read more

We purchased a deal on living social for a couples massage and kept being scheduled out a month - 5 weeks. We were having the hardest time with playing phone tag, kept going back and forth. Finally my wife called to schedule again and the receptionist put my wife on hold and then thought she clicked over to someone else and started complaining about us to whoever she thought was on the other line. I can't really review the quality of the massage because we weren't able to ever get in after about six weeks of trying. We are asking for a refund from living social and will get a massage somewhere that isn't a part-time job to get scheduled and hopefully somewhere that won't accidentally make fun of us, to us. read more

Since I spend the majority of my day hunched over in a dental chair seeing patients, I tend to just push my back to the max. A friend suggested I see a massage therapist so I been to a couple but they never seem to follow through when they say deep tissue massage except for Touch Therapy. I went to see Sheila, this was my second time seeing her but I heard all the therapists there are just as great. After a session with her my back feels a little sore but with proper hydration, I always feel absolutely amazing the next day. Company will not honor Groupon purchased after verifying that the terms of the Groupon were met. I was not provided this information until just prior to the appointment with no option other pay for a massage at a significantly higher price also negating the terms of eligibility of the Groupon as well. Feels a lot like bait and switch. I have attempted to reach out to management regarding this issue with no response. If you don't want previously established clients to use Groupons, make sure you don't set the terms to more than just active in the past 3 months. read more

As a first time customer, my experience was pretty great. Nikki was my therapist and was wonderful. Very professional and listened to what I wanted. However I think it was her first day and I had a Groupon, which she didn't really know how to ring up. She had to call someone else to figure it out which took a little longer than I expected. I got a Groupon for a 60-minute massage. The place is a little bit hard to find, since it's not directly off the main road, but has ample parking. I arrived a couple of minutes late due to traffic and my GPS having no idea where the place was. Pretty nice facility - not super fancy but cozy, clean, and professional-looking. I filled out an information form as a first-time client, so remember to account for that extra time. My therapist was Andre, who was very professional and regularly asked for feedback about how I preferred the pressure, what temperature the table should be at, etc. I thought he would end the session early since we started late, but instead he stayed late and gave me the full 60 minutes, which was great customer service! Very good massage, super relaxing and helped me work out some tight spots. They also provided me with a Groupon-returning customer coupon, which was nice.
