On the morning of my scheduled appointment I received a text saying she needed to reschedule and to let her know I received the message. I responded and asked to reschedule twice on Tuesday and once again today and have not heard anything. If you are interested in getting a massage I do not recommend contacting this company. They obviously do not care nor want/need the business. I would give less than one star but that isn't an option.
