I have been coming here for years! Always the best foot massages I've ever had! The couple that…read moreown it and the other staff are very polite, hard working, and professional. Prices are reasonable! Just make sure you tip appropriately because they are VERY good and expend a lot of energy massaging you--I don't know how they have the stamina to do this. The only thing I could suggest is that they could close the glass door partition or at least close it almost all the way so the mall noises don't filter in, but I know they don't want to appear "not open" by doing that. And to put a relaxing window cling decal on the huge window beside the recliner chairs for more privacy from mall patrons, but I bring my earphones now and play relaxing music to drown out the mall noises and close my eyes as to not notice the mall patrons looking in. You won't be disappointed!!! And, you won't believe how good you're feet will feel afterwards!

I've been to this location several times before and have always had decent experiences, which is…read morewhy this visit was so disappointing. This was, by far, the WORST experience I've ever had here and actually the first negative review I've ever written because I felt that strongly about it. I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Unfortunately, those areas were barely addressed at all. Instead, the massage felt extremely rough and uncomfortable the entire time. Toward the end, it genuinely felt like I was being hit in the back of the head while he was working on my back. I typically always leave a tip, but in this case, I chose not to because I was unhappy with the service. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me back into the store to point out a sign stating that tips are recommended. I explained that tipping is optional and left. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable as I walked out. This experience was upsetting from start to finish. Please do better....
