This was, by far, the WORST experience I've ever had here and actually the first negative review I've ever written because I felt that strongly about it. I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Unfortunately, those areas were barely addressed at all. Instead, the massage felt extremely rough and uncomfortable the entire time. Toward the end, it genuinely felt like I was being hit in the back of the head while he was working on my back. I typically always leave a tip, but in this case, I chose not to because I was unhappy with the service. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me back into the store to point out a sign stating that tips are recommended. I explained that tipping is optional and left. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable as I walked out. This experience was upsetting from start to finish. Please do better....

I did not say anything about having a groupon in my voice mail so I told her I didn't understand why she would say that to me. Anyways I ended up scheduling and it was scheduled for 2.5 weeks later on 9/29/2020. On the morning of my scheduled appointment I received a text saying she needed to reschedule and to let her know I received the message. I responded and asked to reschedule twice on Tuesday and once again today and have not heard anything. If you are interested in getting a massage I do not recommend contacting this company. They obviously do not care nor want/need the business. I would give less than one star but that isn't an option.

very disappointed, overall! made an online appointment but apparently their site wasn't working…read moreproperly (per the gals at the reception desk) and so my cut and color ended up being a cut and root touch up. the sylist made my roots super dark and the rest of my hair was lighter and it looked awful! Embarrassing! Expensive lesson learned - had to have everything corrected at another salon. I did call and requested to speak w the manager or owner but no one returned my call. The receptionist indicated that she was "almost a manager because I've been here the longest" - not sure what that even meant. lol! All in all - will not be patronizing this business and will tell others the same!
