This was, by far, the WORST experience I've ever had here and actually the first negative review I've ever written because I felt that strongly about it. I booked a 20 minute chair massage and specifically requested that the therapist focus on my neck and lower back due to ongoing pain in those areas. Unfortunately, those areas were barely addressed at all. Instead, the massage felt extremely rough and uncomfortable the entire time. Toward the end, it genuinely felt like I was being hit in the back of the head while he was working on my back. I typically always leave a tip, but in this case, I chose not to because I was unhappy with the service. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me back into the store to point out a sign stating that tips are recommended. I explained that tipping is optional and left. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable as I walked out. This experience was upsetting from start to finish. Please do better....

But I have to admit it felt really darn good...too good if you know what I mean..!!!! lol The body massage is what I want to treat myself to but again I don't want the whole mall getting a floor show. So, for now I will continue to enjoy my secretive foot massages!!!
