Absolutely incredible!…read more Over the past two months I've visited twice while my wife has once. We both absolutely love the level of service at Thrive. First of all, this is a family owned local business. This isn't your typical franchise (not going to naME any names)! While Thrive is located in a strip mall, the interior will fight you on that. Very clean, very cozy, very relaxing. The owner always seems to be at the front desk to welcome everyone and explain all the perks of Thrive, including the 2001-esque futuristic infrafred saunas. i have yet to try one of these, but they always seem to be full when I visit, so that must say something! I've been with (worked with? massaged by?) two therapists so far, and both were fantastic. My most recent visit was my first appointment with Codi; she was out of this world. I have found a therapist for life! Specifically, my feet and arms have never felt as good as they did leaving Thrive today. What else can I say? Thrive offers free showers/robes/slippers after a massage, along with a lounge and water. As long as they are in business, they will receive mine!

As I was leaving the house to go to my appointment, I was called by a staff member who informed me that their systems were down and I needed to reschedule. I chose the next day. Upon my arrival I was kindly greeted by Kylie who checked me in. After completing a few pages of paperwork, I was given a brief tour of the facility and directed to my sauna. It was a very relaxing session and I highly recommend to those needing a good detox. After my session, I showered and changed and Kylie informed me that I had another free session due to the unexpected cancelation. Overall, this facility is so clean, calm, and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Wow, where do I begin?! I was desperate for some back…read morerelief last week and I checked out yelp for the massage options in Gahanna. Adams name popped up with 5 solid stars and I was immediately intrigued. His reviews were amazing, for very good reason. Then i saw his prices, for a second I thought this was too good to be true but the reviews were persuading enough for me to give him a call. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Very nice and professional on the phone. He was able to get me in the next day at my time preference. This was amazing. Adam's hands are meant for massage. They are strong and they know just the spots to hit. I had been extremely sore, from daily exercise and neck strain from reading. He spent ample time on whatever spots I asked. My soreness has improved tremendously since I had his massage a week ago. I did not feel nervous or weird around him at all, as a younger woman in a mans house getting a massage. It was a warm and relaxing environment and Adam was very laid back yet professional. There is no question that I am now a repeat customer. With his awesome promotions and flexibility, I may have found my masseuse to go to twice a month...amazing! Thank you so much, Adam! See you soon!

I also happen to know a lot about serial killers and all that, but when someone else said that they chose to go to a strange man's house for a massage and take off their clothes and it was amazing, I believed that Internet stranger! And guess what, guys? Adam is amazing. It was the fastest hour of my life, and I nearly fell asleep. Adam knows how to put one at ease, not just with massage but with his demeanor. I will absolutely be back, and have recommended him to friends already. The fact the first one is only $25 is a huge selling point, and it was $25 well spent to say the least. I messaged him on Yelp and had a massage the next morning. (You may not want to start your day like this, turns out. I was way relaxed but sleepy afterwards, but got a great nap in later:) He is professional, kind, and was helpful to me as a first-timer. I couldn't recommend him more. Just go and let me know how it goes!

We have been to this and other Massage Envy Locations numerous times and have enjoyed each…read moreexperience.....until today. We had a couples massage scheduled for what we had planned as a relaxing day off together. First our therapists were 10 minutes late to start the hour long session which also ended early. Secondly we were never asked what type of massages we wanted. Both therapists proceeded to manhandle us with extreme deep tissue massages when we were looking for relaxing swedish massages. I have never had a massage where I was in pain and about in tears during and felt more tense afterwards. It was requested twice during the session to go lighter on the pressure and it was ignored. Massage Envy has always been convenient and enjoyable but this made me feel like it was becoming the Great Clips of Massage Parlors.
