I called in advance to make an appointment and walked in 10 minutes before my appointment time. When I stepped inside the business, there was no one at the reception desk there, while two Asian women were sitting on the couch, staring at me curiously without saying a word as if they were completely surprised by my presence. No "Hello", "May I help you?"...nothing. When I told them I was the one with the 2:30 appointment, they looked at me as if they had no clue of what I said leaving me feel quite uncomfortable and awkward. They also barely speak English. I could have left then and there but really wanted some massage so I stayed and told them the duration I wanted the massage for, and was told that I had to pay in advance. An advance full payment for massage? Is this a normal practice? Anyway, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I was told to pay in cash because the credit card device was malfunctioning. I finally got fed up and left for another spa nearby (which I really liked). I will never come back to this spa ever again. Unprofessional, ignorant of customer service, worst spa ever.

After googling some local options Zona's reviews seemed fabulous and images looked cute so we scheduled it. Once walking in the door we were surrounded by a very serene and calming waiting area. Decorated to perfection. We were warmly greeted and filled out new client paperwork. From the second we layed down to the moments the massage were over we were taken care of. Our technicians Bridget and Jodie were impeccable. They both listened to our needs and were spot on with pressure. The addition of hot stones is a 10/10 must add!!!!! Do yourself a favor and book a service here. I loved our time here. Bridget and Jodie were both a delight and gave amazing customer service. Thank you for your time and thank you for the awesome local restaurant recommendations! We loved both spots!! Would love to come back next time we are in town!

She actually told me $25 for hour massage. They also do not ask for any health issues. Just pay and rub. I won't return.

This was an AWFUL experience! I booked a 60 minute massage online. Walked in and the first words…read moreout of the woman's mouth when I walked in were, "Do you need to go to the bathroom?" Not "Hi, do you have an appointment?" Not "What's your name and let's get you checked in?" In fact, she never did ask me any of that. Just pointed me to the restroom and pointed to the door I was supposed to go. She never asked my name or told me hers. Within one MINUTE of her beginning the massage, I realized I had made a mistake and thought, "I assumed this business uses *licensed* massage therapists, but I fear I was wrong." By minute two, the woman climbed on the table and STOOD ON ME! No heads up about that. While I was still in shock at a grown woman standing on me, she got down on her knees - hands and knees digging into my body. At no point was this "relaxation massage" ever relaxing. I got the massage this afternoon and have spotted one bruise so far. I will not be surprised to find more. It was rough from start to finish and I left feeling in more pain than when I walked through the door. Most QUALIFIED masseuses will begin with some questions (whether that's online, by filling out a form upon arrival, introductory conversation, or some combination thereof). Not this lady. She didn't ask, "Are you pregnant? Do you have any injuries I should be aware of or work around? What level of intensity would you like? What is your goal with this massage?" Nor did she explain anything in advance. She didn't say, "I'll be climbing on your back, pounding your feet, using hot stones that may burn you, and leaving the room without explanation a couple times." She said not a single word to me the entire time. No check-ins. And when she left the room? Left the door open. One time it was to pop her head out and tell a man who'd just come in the building to take a seat. Didn't even apologize for that disruption when she came back. I cannot emphasize the lack of SKILL and PROFESSIONALISM enough. I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can think of to try to save others the experience and I am looking at all avenues to file a formal complaint about this business. Worst massage of my life - their unlicensed staff and rough "techniques" are an injury waiting to happen. Please go elsewhere!!
