The space is rather simple but welcoming and very clean. In the massage room it was dimly lit (but not dark by any means) and there was some soft music playing in the background. The table had a warmer, which was wonderful because I am always cold! Although I sometimes enjoy aromatherapy there were no overwhelming herbal smells... which often cause headaches. Visually speaking the space is very warm and welcoming... nicely put together to aid in relaxation. I had the pleasure of meeting/ receiving a massage from Dru. She was very kind and thoughtful, she took her time in talking with me and I didn't feel rushed... she truly listened. The massage itself was one of the best I have ever received! I walked away feeling less stressed and very mellow. She was able to relieve a lot of tension and soreness. She applied the level of pressure required to relax my muscles and never too much. I will certainly be back! I can't wait as a matter of fact! If you want to feel better and don't need all the frills then this is definitely the place to go!

I suffer from chronic back pain and, even though I'm a smaller woman, I need real pressure. Most places are way too gentle, and I often leave feeling worse from lying in one position for so long without anyone actually getting into the knots that cause my pain. That was not the case here. This was a true deep-tissue massage that was targeted, intentional, and thorough. Every tight muscle, kink, and knot was worked through with care and strength. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and actually relieved instead of stiff and sore. And the price? An hour-long full-body massage for $60 is honestly unreal considering the time, energy, and attention they put into each session. I'm already trying to figure out how to make this my new weekly ritual. If you want real results and not a surface-level spa rub, this place is it.

Once I turned over, I was draped with a warm towel on my neck, shoulders, and back. The heat helped to start loosening up those muscles. I viewed it as something you treated yourself to on vacation lol. I was so wrong! Massage, done by the right person, can help everyday health issues. I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. The dizziness was starting as was the pain down my neck and the back of my skull. The pressure was terrible! I was heading down the path to a sinus infection ugh. I felt like if I could just rub my face enough it would loosen up. Then the light bulb went off. Could a massage help this ? Is there a sinus massage ? YES and YES! I called my friend Rachel at Mindful Moments. She got me in the next morning and over 24 hours later I am still headache free! Admittedly I was worried about having a head that hurt worked on -but once she started it was Glorious!!! In about 30 min I started to decongest ! Consider adding Rachel to your wellness routine! I'm glad I did.
