When I called for directions to the office she was blunt, short and very rude. When I got into the office she was just as such upon check in and check out. I work in the medical field and would never speak to my patients in what I experienced. Upon check out I went back up to the window to inquire about a co-pay as none was mentioned at check in. Rhonda proceeded to say, it was 60, but that I was taken back before she could collect. I questioned this and only then was that statement corrected by her co-worker. With a deep tissue massage, I look forward to deeper pressure targeted towards working the knots in my muscles.
