However, the massage therapist that attended to her didn't address her most pressing issue. She didn't even ask what was bothering her and barely spoke English. Even the text she received was in Chinese. My wife said she did do a decent job, but didn't even touch her neck which was the whole reason she booked a massage. Most therapists have a conversation with the client before the treatment session even begins, but not this therapist. Then to top it all off after paying $120 for 90 mins which equates to $80/hr, the lady questioned about no tip. Like why would you receive a tip when someone is still walking out in miserable pain. After the lady found out she wasn't getting a tip, she immediately changed her whole demeanor. I'm sorry but tips are at the customers discretion and she had no business questioning it. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointed. I was hopeful it was going to be great and they would've gotten a lot more business from me and my wife on a weekly basis. However, nope not going there ever again. My wife gave 2 stars, but only getting 1 from me due to the unprofessionalism. Update: They did offer and refunded the full amount of the massage. I do appreciate the follow-up and the refund. Honestly, I was not expecting that, so it was a very nice gesture I will say. For this I have raised the review to 2 stars instead of 1.
