I wanted to enjoy this place so I could support a local business…read more But because I didn't know to tell them when booking that I didn't want one area massaged, she stopped until the other therapist finished that area on my friend. Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." I have no reason to buy anything there again. Oh, and they texted the morning of the massage to push our appointment out 1.5 hours with no apology.

After reading both of your emails while I was out of town and meeting with my staff  and reviewing our website (description of relaxation massage and Christine's profile) both clearly state relaxation massages are allowed to be performed by a massage tech. Christine has more then completed the training for massage tech. I am sorry if there was conversation during however at any point in time you could have chose to not engage. I have spoke to her in regards so she knows for future reference. You both received the services you personally scheduled by staff you personally choose online. As well as were informed she is a massage tech by her when you came in for appointments.  As far as refunds are concerned, we only refunded if a service was not performed or if you purchase a retail product that is defected.  My client schedule is booked very full since I was off for  vacation and calls during adequate business hours are not doable at the moment if you want like to schedule a call with me I can have one of my receptionist contact you to schedule a 10 minute block in my schedule however I wanted to reply via email so you weren't being ignored. First off Christine is not complete with her training...she is a office person...secondly I guess I was suppose to get up naked and walk out...this is an awful way to handle a new customer who just spent 180 for massages ...and again it was never mentioned she wasn't trained...
