Decorated to perfection. We were warmly greeted and filled out new client paperwork. From the second we layed down to the moments the massage were over we were taken care of. Our technicians Bridget and Jodie were impeccable. They both listened to our needs and were spot on with pressure. The addition of hot stones is a 10/10 must add!!!!! Please be advised, they insist on paying with cash to avoid service fees. My results were worthy of at least 15% tip. Why? I felt OK when I left but a few hours later my neck and back was so sore that I had to lay on a heating pad and take some Tylenol to relieve the pain. Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." Christine has more then completed the training for massage tech. I am sorry if there was conversation during however at any point in time you could have chose to not engage. I have spoke to her in regards so she knows for future reference. You both received the services you personally scheduled by staff you personally choose online. As well as were informed she is a massage tech by her when you came in for appointments.  As far as refunds are concerned, we only refunded if a service was not performed or if you purchase a retail product that is defected.  My client schedule is booked very full since I was off for  vacation and calls during adequate business hours are not doable at the moment if you want like to schedule a call with me I can have one of my receptionist contact you to schedule a 10 minute block in my schedule however I wanted to reply via email so you weren't being ignored. First off Christine is not complete with her training...she is a office person...secondly I guess I was suppose to get up naked and walk out...this is an awful way to handle a new customer who just spent 180 for massages ...and again it was never mentioned she wasn't trained...
