After googling some local options Zona's reviews seemed fabulous and images looked cute so we scheduled it. Once walking in the door we were surrounded by a very serene and calming waiting area. Decorated to perfection. We were warmly greeted and filled out new client paperwork. From the second we layed down to the moments the massage were over we were taken care of. Our technicians Bridget and Jodie were impeccable. They both listened to our needs and were spot on with pressure. The addition of hot stones is a 10/10 must add!!!!! Do yourself a favor and book a service here. I loved our time here. Bridget and Jodie were both a delight and gave amazing customer service. Thank you for your time and thank you for the awesome local restaurant recommendations! We loved both spots!! Would love to come back next time we are in town!

This past time when I went, I decided to have my nails done as well. I got a full set of acrylics with gel / shellac. They looked GREAT....for about two days. However they really only do what they think looks goods they will try to talk u out of styles or colors. And when u try to tell them that ur not happy they don't listen to you they only listen to the other stylist that are saying "THAT LOOKS REALLY GOOD " and if you try disagreeing they get butt hurt and then they blame it on you. They screwed up my hair I told them before I left about things I didn't like and my feelings were dismissed and I left in tears. I called to get it fixed I even sent them a message on an app they use. It took me 3 days to talk to the stylist and then she told me it's my fault and she did her best but I know she didn't and instead of trying to fix it she just told me that I'm a problem client and she doesn't want to do my hair ever again . And I was over charged for something I didn't like not want. Since she doesn't even want to try and fix it I'm asking for a refund but now nobody's answering me and the person I want to talk to is gone till next week sometime I'm told which I know isn't true. This salon is like high school the poplar stylist stick together and tell the other stylist how good they look so ppl feel bad when they aren't happy, I'm never going back to this salon
