Decorated to perfection. We were warmly greeted and filled out new client paperwork. From the second we layed down to the moments the massage were over we were taken care of. Our technicians Bridget and Jodie were impeccable. They both listened to our needs and were spot on with pressure. The addition of hot stones is a 10/10 must add!!!!! I called to get it fixed I even sent them a message on an app they use. It took me 3 days to talk to the stylist and then she told me it's my fault and she did her best but I know she didn't and instead of trying to fix it she just told me that I'm a problem client and she doesn't want to do my hair ever again . And I was over charged for something I didn't like not want. Since she doesn't even want to try and fix it I'm asking for a refund but now nobody's answering me and the person I want to talk to is gone till next week sometime I'm told which I know isn't true. The service requested (and paid for) was for my girlfriend and I to get a mani pedi with gel polish for both of us. My nail tech was a dismissive and rude woman who was very inattentive meanwhile my girlfriend's tech was a very talkative gentleman who also paid poor attention to the quality of his work. The pedicure that I received was supposed to end in a gel polish (which I was charged for.) I did not receive gel polish, and only received a clear gloss while my tech sat on her phone letting it dry. The Manicure portion for myself was incomplete as she did not put any gel on my fingers and we were charged for a full service. Forgive my lack of knowledge on nail services, however, it is unprofessional to take advantage and overcharge me for a service I didn't receive, especially since the service received was very poor. I'd really appreciate some response from the owner or some form of refund for the lack of services to reconcile this situation.
