With a deep tissue massage, I look forward to deeper pressure targeted towards working the knots in my muscles. This was more of a relaxation massage, which can be great, but when you're anticipating some relief it can be kind of a let down. Another thing would be offering a bolster to help body positioning, by the end of the massage my back was hurting pretty bad.
