I had what you might call an emergency! I was lifting an out drive for my boat and strained my lower back in the process. It had me to the point of where I was having trouble walking. this is a bad situation as I work for abc 6/FOX 28 on camera.When in the studio we go through many changes in the studio from the anchor desk to green screen to interview set. Trying to negotiate this the next day was next to impossible. Kelly was recommended to me. I called her and she made arrangements to take me right away. I could barely walk in the door at her place. she worked on me for well over an hour. She applied hot towels to my lower back and began working the knots out of that strain. First I would just like to say Nurse Kelly was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. She was so fun, cool, and made you feel so comfortable. This was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax done and after reading a lot of reviews I was kinda nervous. If I'm being honest the pain was not bad at all, on a scale of 1-10, I'd say it was like a 3/4... You took a deep breath and it was over. Best facial ever and seriously, the best esthetician I've visited! I received a facial/dermaplane/chemical peel from Nurse Kelly. It was terrific from beginning to end and she was extremely thorough in explaining what she was doing, why I needed it, etc. I've had facials in the past wherein a mask will be slapped on my face and then I'm left alone in the room for 10 or more minutes. I find that annoying and always feel like I'm not getting my money's worth in the end. Kelly did not do that, once a mask was one she massaged my hands, arms and scalp, she did not just let me lay there. Every second of the over-an-hour service was hands on and I appreciated that. Had an appointment with Kelly for a massage to reduce muscle tension in my back and shoulders. While there, Kelly said she could remove skin tags using a product called Cryoclear. I had a particularly large tag on my upper arm that has been there for years. Kelly proceeded to treat the tag. I thought I would feel something but all I felt was the water as she moistened the skin. I felt nothing - no pain what so ever during the treatment which lasted a minute or two. She told me the tag should fall off in about 2 weeks. I will be scheduling another appointment with her then. Do not be afraid of the treatment. It was pain free! A couple weeks ago, Kelly apply individual silk eyelash extensions to my eyes. My eyes are extremely sensitive and react to mascara and other eye makeup. My actual lashes are barely visible. In an extremely relaxing setting with soothing music and dim lighting, Kelly very patiently and meticulously applied individual lashes. The results are so natural looking, which is what I requested and my eyelids,that had become irritated using Latisse or other eyelash extensions, are completely calm.
