After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.

Her studio is located in a side…read morebuilding off of Mill Street so you just have to keep a keen eye out for the door or else you might go past it. When you walk in you see her display of makeup products and some little water bottles. It's a super cute place! Before we started, she had me fill out paperwork about any medical history, my skin care routine, and what I would like to achieve with the service. I've never done dermaplaning, but Elena walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable. First, she cleanses your skin. Then she goes through with the Dermaplaning which is scalping off the top layer of dead skin to help regenerate a new layer. You can't make sudden movements since she is using a scalpel, but I found it relaxing! Elena has so much knowledge about skin and told me I have very dry skin. She talked about what products would be helpful in aiding my dry skin and gave me a huge reminder to use sunscreen. Will be adding that and the hyaluronic acid serum to my skincare routine. After that she cleanses my face again and put a hot towel over my face to help open up the pores. She used a machine (I forgot what it's called), but it looks like a spatula and vibrates to help push out black heads and other gunk in my face. She even pushed out a stubborn blackhead for me after and popped a little zit I had near my forehead. This part hurt the worst! She also did a little peel treatment for me. I just couldn't remember if it was before or after the blackheads part. She then cleanses my face again, put a sample of the hyaluronic acid and moisturizes my face. I am not going to lie my face was a little red and I had red scraped spots from where she pulled out blackheads and my face was not looking pretty!!! Luckily you can wear makeup and go about your normal routine 30 min-an hour after the treatment. Later that night my skin peeled a little bit by my chin which was fine! Nothing too crazy. She even gave me a couple samples to take home. This is the second day after my treatment and I must say, any acne scars and red spots have faded a lot just from treatment! My skin looks more clear from the previous discoloration I've had. Thank you so much Elena and I will most definitely be back.

She has the new and amazing machines with LED light and high frequency to kill bacteria under the skin which was a total bonus. It was great to know whatever was underneath the surface of my skin was getting cleaned up too. The great thing about a small business like this is that she genuinely cares about each client that comes in and doesn't recommend just the same treatment plan for everyone. My skin looks and feels great and a day later I can already see results producing. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend seeing Carol for any of the amazing services she provides.
