I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.

The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. But they didn't change me for a lesser service (polish change) so that doesn't exactly help me! I would try to book the person I had last time for some kind of consistency -- and, even though I would specifically choose appointments based on the waxing specialist listed at the time, whenever I arrived, I was just told someone else would be doing my waxing. The last time I went it was a brand new person--in fact, she said it was her first week--and the experience was incredibly painful. It made me question what kind of training she had been given. Additionally, she did a different service than what I requested! At the end, she explained she had been "distracted" and gave me what the previous customer asked for. I recently went somewhere else, and the experience was entirely different and not hardly painful at all (and yet an equivalent cost). This location would benefit from better management and training.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Repeated Policy Violations and Unprofessional Conduct…read moreLocation: European Wax Center - Easton To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding repeated unprofessional experiences at the European Wax Center location in Easton. These incidents demonstrate a pattern of behavior that is inconsistent with your company's stated policies and expected standards of customer service. Incident 1 - on 1/3/26 : Denial of Service Within the Grace Period On my most recent visit, I arrived four (4) minutes late for my appointment. According to European Wax Center's clearly stated policy, clients are allowed a nine (9) minute grace period. Despite being well within this timeframe, I was informed by two front desk staff members that my wax specialist had decided not to take me back and that I would need to reschedule. This was presented to me as a discretionary decision rather than a policy-based one. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, which suggests a recurring disregard for corporate policy rather than an isolated misunderstanding. Incident 2 - Closure Without Proper Notice (12/22/25) On December 22, 2025, I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to find the salon completely unattended. The doors were locked, and no staff were present. A handwritten note was posted stating that the salon was closed due to a fire, along with a non-working phone number. There was no advance notification, no follow-up communication, and no legitimate way to verify or address the situation at the time. This lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable for a national brand. Ongoing Pattern of Poor Management The Easton location has developed a notoriously poor reputation for this type of conduct, impacting numerous customers--not just myself. Repeated cancellations, selective enforcement of policies, and lack of basic customer communication raise serious concerns about management oversight and franchise compliance. Unfortunately, these practices help explain why so many European Wax Center locations are reportedly struggling or closing. I am requesting that corporate leadership: 1. Investigate the Easton location's management and policy enforcement 2. Ensure that corporate grace-period policies are consistently honored 3. Address the lack of communication and accountability demonstrated on 12/22/25 4. Provide a formal response outlining corrective actions I chose European Wax Center expecting consistency, professionalism, and respect for published policies. At this location, those expectations have not been met. I look forward to your response and hope that meaningful corrective action will be taken. Sincerely, SJ

The lady on the phone said that wouldn't work, and she'd have to reschedule me if I showed up 5 minutes late. (Newsflash! Your own company website says you allow a nine minute grace period. Doctor's offices even allow a 10-15 minute grace period.) Not to mention her rude tone like I was some sort of inconvenience to her day on the phone. So- I arrive with a minute to spare- had to HAUL over there. When I step in the doors, no "hello!"- just 8 staff members standing behind the counter staring directly at me. It was uncanny. I walk up, get checked in and my waxer comes out to take me back. My waxer was nice- however the pushy-ness of these people is insane. Every conversation topic led back to something like "this is why you should buy our -- & ----!" And that is SO annoying. No, I don't want to buy your $60 "hair growth minimizer", no matter how many times you tell me it's going to give me "amazing" results. Have you guys ever considered some clients CANT use these products? Probably not, since it doesn't seem like you don't care about your customers at all. After my wax, (which was speedy & fine,) I went to get checked out. Then I had to listen to the 10 minute speech on their packages worth $500-$800. ‍ This EWC has made me decide I will NEVER support their company again. Will only be using private waxers from now on.
