When I walked in, no one was at the front to greet me or ask what service I needed. The sign outside clearly said "Open," so I checked in and sat down. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally called out, "Is anyone here?" because I could hear noise coming from the back room. A woman eventually came out wearing gloves and said, "We're open, but I'm busy right now." It looked like she was working on something in the back. I found this to be very unprofessional and poor customer service. If your business is open, someone should acknowledge customers, even if there's going to be a wait.
